Discussion why did smartphone brands completely decide that nobody wants a small compact flagship anymore

it feels like every single premium phone released now is a massive six point eight inch brick that stretches your pockets and completely destroys your wrists if you try to use it one handed. if you want top tier specs you are basically forced to carry around a heavy tablet.

what happened to the days of compact premium phones? are you guys honestly totally fine with these giant screens or are you secretly desperately waiting for a brand to release a small lightweight flagship that actually fits in a normal human hand?

Phone Showoff 📱 Royole Flexpai in 2026

Post image

I bought this really cool Royole Flexpai smartphone on eBay for $400 and it’s an insane phone for my collection! Tho I’m still trying to figure out how to get the Google Playstore on this phone since it is a Chinese smartphone that has no access to it.

This is the first foldable smartphone released in 2018 that actually exists, which I see it as a concept phone, and I mean by where the screen actually bends, not like the ZTE Axon M or the Kyocera Echo where they both have two screens.

Recommendation OPPO FIND X10 PRO MAX?

Anyone here using an OPPO flagship phone?

I’m thinking of buying the Find X10 Pro Max, but it’s pretty expensive and everyone I’ve asked is telling me not to go for it 😂

Would love to hear from someone who’s actually used an OPPO flagship. How’s the overall experience? Anything I should be worried about or know before spending that kind of money?

Discussion I Miss When Every Phone Brand Had Its Own Personality

Post image

Seeing the iPhone Duo announced today got me thinking about how different phones used to look.

It made me miss the good old BlackBerry days, when every brand had its own unique design and personality.

I wish we had more of that variety today.

Whenever I see a foldable phone, I think of Samsung, not Apple. It just doesn't feel very Apple to me.

Phone Help 📱 Wait for V500 or buy existing

I am planning to buy a phone at around 80K INR after discounts and exchange (getting 7K - 15K for Xiaomi 12 Pro).
I couldnt find Vivo X300 anywhere in online and offline stores. Currently Vivo X200T is also not available.
Waited for Oppo Find X10 launch. But it is too expensive.
Currently I have Motorola Signature or Oppo Find X9S in mind. Is it better go with any of this two phones or wait for Vivo X500 or Motorola Signature 27 (only if it comes in budget around 80-90K after offers and exchange).

Got a new phone about a month ago and I can confidently say that it's absolute garbage

-It's got no split screen

-slower than my old phone

-Turns off my vpn

-Turns off screen recording when I play games

-Particles and effects are screwed up in some games like Pilgrammed

-No hole for earphones (this one is somewhat tolerable)

Hey everyone,

My phone recently broke, so I'm looking to buy a second-hand smartphone instead of a new one.

Budget: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000

What I'm looking for:

Good condition, working properly (no screen or motherboard issues)

Decent battery health

Smooth performance for daily use and some gaming

Original bill/box is a plus, but not required

If you have a phone that fits, please DM me

Recommendation What phone should I get?

I'm looking to upgrade from a Motorola G Power 2025, here's my phone options I'm looking at: Galaxy A36, Galaxy A37, Galaxy A57, Galaxy S25FE, Galaxy S25FE, iPhone 16e, iPhone 17e. I did some research on some Motorola phone models and none of them were really major upgrades at all the ones I looked at were the Motorola G Power series and Motorola G Stylus 2026 and Motorola Edge 2026 and Motorola RAZR 2025 base model these were only minor upgrades and not significant upgrades. Google Pixel I won't use.

Recommendation Plz hell me decide

Hi everyone!

I currently own a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, but I’ve never really used the S Pen. I’m also not particularly interested in photography or using all the advanced camera features.

My main issue with my current phone is that it’s too heavy and bulky for my needs. I’d like to switch to something more compact, lightweight, and smart, with excellent battery life.

I’ve done some research and found a few options, such as the Xiaomi 17 and Vivo X300, although I can’t seem to find them anywhere in Finland. I’ve also considered the Samsung Galaxy S26, but I didn’t really like it. Two other options I’m aware of are the Google Pixel 11 and Pixel 10a.

Which phone would you genuinely recommend? Budget isn’t an issue. I’m looking for a reliable daily driver with excellent battery life, minimal heating issues, and a lightweight, compact design that makes one-handed use comfortable and easy.

If there are any other phones I should consider, I’d really appreciate your suggestions!
