What was the moment that made you start believing in reincarnation or past lives?

🌟Featured Post🌟 Here is a quick article about past life regression for those who are new to the concept.

A quick article about past life regression for people new to this sub.

Past life regression is a form of therapy that aims to uncover memories from previous lifetimes that may be impacting your current life. While the concept may sound far-fetched to some, many people have reported experiencing significant healing and relief from trauma through this type of therapy.

Trauma can manifest in a variety of ways, including anxiety, depression, and physical pain. It can also be caused by events that happened in previous lifetimes, which can be difficult to identify and address through traditional therapy methods. Past life regression seeks to uncover and heal these hidden traumas by tapping into your subconscious mind and exploring memories from your past lives.

During a past life regression session, you will be guided into a relaxed state of hypnosis. This will allow you to access memories from past lives that you may not be consciously aware of. As you explore these memories, you may begin to understand how they are impacting your current life and how they may be contributing to your trauma.

One of the key benefits of past life regression is that it allows you to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma. By exploring the memories and emotions associated with your past lives, you may be able to identify patterns of behavior or negative thought patterns that are contributing to your current struggles. This awareness can be the first step towards healing.

Additionally, past life regression can provide a sense of closure and resolution for past traumas. By revisiting these experiences in a safe and controlled environment, you may be able to process and release the emotions and pain associated with them. This can help you to move forward in your current life without being weighed down by the trauma of your past lives.

It's important to note that past life regression is not a quick fix or a replacement for inner healing work. It can be a powerful tool to aid in the healing process, but it should be used in conjunction with other forms of self healing work and under the guidance of a professional practitioner.

In conclusion, past life regression can be a valuable tool for healing trauma in your current life. By exploring memories from past lives, you may be able to gain a deeper understanding of your trauma, identify patterns of behavior, and find closure for past traumas. If you're struggling with trauma and traditional therapy methods have not been effective, it may be worth exploring past life regression as a potential solution.

I hope this helps someone in some way. 🙂

Spiritually Transformative Experience It’s all real- coma/near death experience

Previous to my coma I was an atheist. I had knowledge of Christianity and vague info on some other religions but not really Hinduism or Hindu gods at all.

I was In a coma and had a massive spiritual experience, I went through what I can only explain to be soul trials. I’ll eventually write it all down.
But the headline was- that I’m supposed to share with people is that reincarnation is real and we need to look after the planet because when you die you’ll be reincarnated as a baby and you don’t get a choice of when, where or the wealth and status of that family or how traumatic or nurturing your upbringing will be.

The purpose of life is love and connection and there’s also something about dancing. We need to dance, go to live music and connect. It’s all energy and collective dancing is one of the biggest energy creators/connectors.

We need to look after the world and everyone in it. I came to the conclusion that solar punk is the way forward but that’s just me. Probably universal basic income too.

I saw the Hindu god ganesh and I knew nothing about him before. And I saw lakshmi on the way out of the coma. Lots of lotus symbolism. For context I’m white British In a predominantly white very backwards and isolated area so I’m really not accustomed to any of these symbols or beliefs.

Also human history is far vaster than we currently believe. Historians just aren’t keen on re-writing it. It’s not important to remember your past lives, in fact if you try to you might end up dying from your body processing the trauma. I’ve processed a fair amount of mine and it’s pretty horrific processing a lot of deaths I’ll be honest. It’s also part of why I nearly didn’t survive. I woke up with this insane amount of optimism and also I was told (by the deities) that I need to share this so please just tell everyone it’s real. We could they tell them even on the off chance it’s not - better safe than sorry really. But it is. Oh and the deities are the same ones that people see with DMT they just take different forms, and your brain releases that before you die. Also generally, make good choices. Karma is also: if you do good things you become a good person and that’s the reward. And if you do bad things you become a bad person and that’s the punishment. We are the sum of our choices. Very basic but hard in practice.
Happy to answer any questions.

Original Content Starting the journey to remembering my past life (hopefully)

• Upvotes

Basically this post will just be me keeping almost a journal of sorts. I think this seemed like a nice place for it. Writing on paper takes more time and texting myself makes things a bit unorganized lol. Ill probably either edit post or comment if I have any updates. This post will probably be a bit long and boring, maybe cringe too, sorry 😅 just wanted somewhere to record everything in one place. Thanks :)

Oct 17, 2026:

I have always been told im an old soul. I dont remember a specific past life. But i do think I might have sime potential clues.

In dreams: I remember when I was younger I had a dream where I was in an old school. There were wooden sort of lockers, the classroom had a blackboard, and the school had a fireplace. I also remember once how in a different dream I was a young man working in a store, an old lady sort of ran things, and across the street a building vividly had the number "1922".

I havent had too much from being asleep, unfortunately. But a couple things about my interests make me wonder.

I am quite drawn to the USSR and Russia. I think I can recall since Elementary school imagining Russia as a little bit cozy/homey when hearing about it. Perhaps because of climate similarities to Canada? Unsure. But sometimes I will wish for the nation to get to a better place. Sometimes I daydream about living a peaceful life in the countryside there when im old, having a simple house in the vast landscape.

I started listening to old soviet music a few years ago at about 14. I listen to vintage songs from many countries, but I notice that the stuff from the USSR feels a little more familiar. I like to put on that playlist when Im sick. I find it comforting in a way that I dont quite feel with music from Italy, Spain, Brazil, etc. Even though I really like french music and consider moving to France, it still doesnt feel quite the same as the songs in russian.

One other thing Ive started to wonder about is my interest in dance. My interests tend to run in the family. Both my parents are very musical, and many of my relatives are also musical. I share my interest in philosophy with my mother aswell. One thing I havent noticed in other family is interest in dance. I think I may have had one great-aunt that did some ballet, but im pretty sure thats because her mother kind of forced her into being a paegant girl. So not sure how much she actually liked that.

I dont really dance that often. And currently nothing serious either, only the charleston in my room lol. But im very drawn to ballet. I love to watch videos of the iconic variations. I find it all so lovely. I want to be around it all some way. Im not a ballet dancer, sometimes i tried to learn a bit at home from youtube. I tend to spin around the house when i do chores and imagine im in a production lol. Ive highly considered playing piano for ballet classes as a future job. I want to pursue music as a pianist, and i was so delighted when i found my top choice for conservatory was for dance aswell. I hope i could watch them rehearse. I think classical music is general is wonderful of course, but i feel i particularly like the songs from ballet. These pieces are the majority of my favourites (aside from Chopin compositions).

Theres something that happened some time ago, i wonder if its significant. I remember one evening I had casually sort of dancing about in my room (really mostly just charleston style). I thought, what of there was a dance with many kicks, and each kick youd hit something that rings? I dont know if i had anything specific in my mind, something like jangly like bells. Then id learn a couple months later of the Esmeralda variation 😂 and i was like "that's the dance!". Perhaps i had seen it earlier in my life, but i really didnt remember seeing it myself before. I wasnt exposed to much ballet as a kid. Part of me is wondering if I maybe knew about it in a past life. Unsure.

None of this is for sure, but I have a theory that I may have lived in either Russia or USSR sometime in about the last century. And I had some connection to ballet. This may prove to be false. For now, it seems the most likely theory ive come up with for now.

I think im going to try meditation tonight. Ive heard it can help you remember past lives. Ill see if its works for me. If not, ill do some research on other methods.

Goodbye :)

How to tell if your on your last reincarnation?

I heard if reincarnation exist then we will eventually reach a final one. However what does it look like is there a way to tell if you or someone is on your last one.

I reach a point in my life where I have no hate towards anyone. And I see everyone as equal. I am also transgender and was told that might also be proof I already lived many lives before. I also heard that if the soulmate thing exists eventually a soul will reach a life where it will not want a partner. I gave up on dating and decided to never again purse romantic love.

probability of current existence

-        Supposedly, we humans have been around for about 200 thousand years, with about 100 billion examples

-      Supposedly, we humans have been around for about 200,000 years and have produced about 100 billion examples

- If each human “self” can exist for only one finite time, the POTENTIAL number of human selves must be infinite…

-        The number of CURRENT human selves is said to be about 8 billion

-        If all of this is true, what is the probability that YOU would currently exist?

-        So far, my math yields 8 billion over infinity – or, a VERY little more than Zero

- In other words, nobody should be reading this, let alone writing it

- Oh well -- guess I shouldn't bother posting it either...

Choosing your next life

Where does this belief that you choose your next life or how you’re reincarnated next time come from?

From my NDE/coma this is totally not true. It sounds nice and hopeful but so many of us have had awful lives (they’re tests and soul development btw) I don’t know how people justify the idea we could have chosen it?

Why aren’t more people scared?

Why aren’t people scared of being reincarnated as a baby in this world as it is now? Like the lottery of not knowing where or with who. For those that believe in it at least loosely anyway.

Personal Experience I will be no one in future life

I ve spent my whole life mostly laying in bed, reading books I dont even remember. Even if I wanted to I cant go back to being physically healthy, even siting became hard. I exchange like 2-3 phrases with people per Day, I am as behind society as possible, everyone has friends on my studies, everyone remembers something from their life. The only thing my whole body and spirit wants to do during a Day is to sleep, even if I dont do anything. Even reading a book means I will forget that informations in 15 minutes. Seriously, I could read one book over and over and still not remember anything.

All my younger brothers have figured out anything before me.

Everyone is more inteligent than me.

I will never have a decent job.

A story about a soul that slowly learns to remember its past lives

I know this sub is mostly about real experiences, so I hope it's okay to share something I wrote.

I've been carrying this story for ten years. For 450,000 years, souls have been held on this planet. Memory wiped at every birth. A body assigned. Sent back down.

But in my version, the soul keeps score. Every life earns it a little: Did you love? Did you leave someone better than you found them? Did you die awake? Between lives, in a corridor one second long, it spends those points. How early it wakes up inside a body. How much memory survives the crossing. Being born close to the people it loved.

Life by life, it starts to remember. And a soul that remembers enough can't be held.

It's fiction, but I wrote it for people who meditate, not for people who want another war story. Here the soul is the superpower.

Book one is finished and free to read on Royal Road: https://www.royalroad.com/fiction/196838/spiritual-hacker-level-up-in-the-afterlife

Honest question for you all: if you could keep just one thing across lives, what would it be?

Discussion I think reincarnation is basically teleportation if no soul exists

If we are our brains but reincarnation is real but there is no metaphysical soul then we are just atoms arranged in a certain way, then basically out of billions of babies being born we just happen to teleport because some brain structure happened to be similar enough to be us again.
