hi everyone! i’m a college student and i’m desperately looking for someone who’d be willing to help me with a voice recording tomorrow morning 😭
for context, i originally did a mock interview with a friend for my psychology class, but we had a falling out and they ended up deleting the recording. unfortunately, they were the one recording it, so i no longer have a copy.
i still have all 10 questions and most of the original answers written down, so i’ve put together a full script based on our conversation.
the interview is about the Black experience, racial identity, stereotypes, and mental health. i’m preferably looking for a Black adult who’d feel comfortable reading the interviewee’s responses while i ask the questions.
it would be a live voice call over Zoom or Discord tomorrow morning and should take around 40 minutes. you wouldn’t have to come up with anything yourself since the entire script is already prepared!
this would be a reenactment of the original mock interview, not a new interview. i’m just hoping to find someone willing to help me record it, with permission from everyone involved.

I'm making a free fan mod for Dark Souls Remastered that brings in Dark Souls 3's movesets. In it, Solaire can level you up when you talk to him. Right now that's only a text box, and I'd love him to actually say it.

Role: Solaire of Astora

A big, warm, sincere knight. Cheerful but never goofy, a bit old-fashioned and formal, with a hearty laugh. English accent, like in the original game.

Lines (7 total, under a minute)

1. Offering: "Ah, there you are! You're fairly brimming with souls. Shall I help you put them to use?"
2. Offering, another visit: "Back again, my friend? Let us turn those souls into strength!"
3. Player says yes: "Splendid! Take all the time you need."
4. Player says no: "No? Very well. Keep them close, they are not easily won."
5. After leveling: "There! You look sturdier already."
6. After leveling, another visit: "Splendid work! Praise the Sun!"

I make story mods for Cyberpunk 2077. My top Mod has 10k (4k unique) downloads on Nexus, and 20k views. In total, I've received 400+ kudos.

I'm creating my 4th mod (not published yet) and its story has 3 brand new NPCs that I've invented from scratch. They are currently badly voiced, by me, with some terrible manual pitch editing, and I'd love to get them brought to life by voice actors.

Here are the 3 characters:

Stamps: he's a small-time seller of fake identities. One conversation at a bar, with 4 possible endings. 9 lines, about 36 seconds. Any accent will do.

Ligaya: she’s a market stall owner who hires the player to rescue her kidnapped brother. Filipino heritage. 6 lines, about 31 seconds.

Bayani: he’s Ligaya’s brother, rescued by the player. Filipino heritage. 6 lines, about 21 seconds.

For Ligaya and Bayani, Filipino English accents are preferred; regional variations are welcome. I’m also open to other natural accents that suit the characters. I’m looking for natural, conversational performances.

You will get credited with your preferred name and link (e.g. to your portfolio, social, etc.) on the mod page, in the credits and in the readme, and you keep the recordings for your reel. Unpaid. It's for a free, open source, non-commercial mod.

No AI. I won’t use your recordings for AI training, voice cloning, or AI voice conversion.
