Finally got the wiring all tied together, still waiting for my dash to arrive so I can finalize all the non essential wiring/inline connectors. Slowly getting suspension parts together, going to wait until I have all the front end/ steering parts and then take the whole front end down at once.

An old-school HPI RS4 3 Drift from the collection: Nitro Star G3.0, single-speed transmission and shaft-driven 4WD beneath a Nissan Silvia S15 body. Black six-spokes with red rims give the blue-and-gold livery a little contrast. Anyone here start out with one of these nitro drift cars?

Music: Run Away / Mixkit.

The R32 is 2nd hand and I'm wondering which one is the best bang for your buck I know that 4wd rc cars aren't technically drift cars but it's nice to have options

How's it, got a question, does track surface change your battery run time? Using some 4600mah that have had maybe 3 charge cycles on them since new and on our carpet club track im only getting 28 min per pack out of a 13.5t reve d paired with a xd10 and a 22t pinion. Running a fairly decent amount of power through a mst mrx gt, hit when I ran the same setup with a touch more turbo on concrete I got a longer run timeout of it.

Tire compound for carpet is mst gold up front an mst white dot in the rear, when I tested on the concrete I used both mst silver and no dot compounds.

I just bought a Yokomo RD 1/.1.5 as they call it and have been running it for like a month.

Now looking at the new HPI D10 RTR I feel like I've been scammed.

Should I sell my Yokomo and buy an HPI or upgrade the Yokomo? What do you guys think?

I'm starting a drift club in my small town, and so far we're only 2 who are fully in it, but there's a few more drift cars around... How did your club start?

(I own the 240 and the 86, which had a wing but broke off recently, my friend owns the Chevy truck)

Is there any chance HPI will do one with a JDM car body? I know I could just get a different one but I wish they'd just have a Supra or S15 on there stock

For the past few years many RC companies have entered the RC Drift RTR arena to give the community a choice to choose from.

Each RTR comes in different formats, but I will like to hear from everyone, what should a RTR should be for you?

Just got a mst rmx 2.5 and I want to upgrade the esc and the motor I already have the yokomo v4 gyro and the yokomo servo

Local hobby shop is out of black Tamiya ps-5.

I’d like to avoid rubberized materials like flex seal or plastidip.

What’s your user experiences?

Fast RC Parts is now listed on RCScanner, our first store outside India. 🎉

Their whole range is in: about 22,000 listings, mostly parts (shocks, links, hop-ups and spares for Arrma, Losi, Axial, Team Associated, Tamiya and more) plus around 1,500 kits and RTRs. Every price is in US dollars exactly as Fast RC Parts lists it. Nothing converted, nothing guessed.

How it works: type a part code or a name, and you get every matching listing on one page with price, stock, and a link straight to the product on fastrcparts.com. You buy from them directly. RCScanner is free, no sign-up, no ads, and takes no commission.

Thanks to the Fast RC Parts team for welcoming sites like ours to list their range. More stores are on the way as each one says yes.

If a part code doesn't find what you expect, drop it in the comments and I'll look into it.

What’s up guys, I am brand new to RC drifting. Been really a basher and have done a little bit of racing but drifting is calling my name. Attempted to turn a VRX Wyvern I received from VRX into a drift car. I have no idea what I am doing and am not very skilled. I’m wondering if I can make this into an actually drift platform or would I really need to get a rwd car?

I made a video on my channel if anyone wants to watch. Any and all tips or advice are happily received.
Since the video I added a spectrum receiver with a gyro. It handles a little better. To be honest I am having an absolute blast.

Excited to dive into drifting a little more. I find myself looking at the little flex skylines on Amazon, the awd mini z’s and mst rmx 2.5 rtr. Please help!!!

Really ties the body together, the FC feels weirdly incomplete without one!

Made a new shell for my chassis, its still WIP but its getting there finally after 2 months of work on the 3D side, as always if you also want to print this model it's avalable at my cults 3D:
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/rx-7-fb-body-shell-1-10th-scale

And yes the Pop-Ups do in fact work!

Anyone seen the new Rlaarlo drift cars? How are they comparable to the HPI Stage D10? Which would you guys recommend? For someone who doesn’t have any 1/10 scale cars.

Been having an absolute blast learning how to drift this thing!
Finally starting to get comfortable linking the track at my local spot, The Hobby Gym, and getting a little chase practice in with some more experienced drivers.
Still a LONG way from running door-to-door, but man it’s such a good feeling when things finally start clicking! 😂
Any tips for getting more consistent during chase runs? 🤘🏾

Hi all

Im looking at buving my first RC drift car, this MST RMX 4S PRO for 700 AUD

Doesnt come with a transponder.

Past list is listed in the photos, is it a good deal?

What's up guys? I am into the 1/24 crawlers and build my own rigs but want to build a drift rig, I was hoping to stick with a 1/24 or 1/18 if possible- I see some awesome builds on IG but I have no idea where to buy any of these parts? The few websites I found show their chassis kits all sold out.

Is 1/24 drifting a thing? I can't find much info on it so I'm coming here in hopes you guys can't lead a drift nooby in the right direction.

will probably take more pictures later. I used a grey Scotch Brite, then Spaz Stix pre prep followed by Tropical Glitz “tropical punch lollipop” and backed by Tamiya PS-5 black to prevent flaking. This is all on a Killerbody Lancia Delta
