ADVICE WELCOME
first picture was 1 year ago (let myself go after son was born)
last picture from this month
should i stop cutting at this point and eat at maintenance for a month then lean bulk?
i feel like cutting any further is not going to help my physique, i feel like i need more muscle to look better at sub 15% body fat
1 year ago - 190lbs almost 30%bf
this month 155lbs and about 15% bf
im fairly convinced at this point i need to focus on building muscle?
TIA!

F 5'5β (165, 166, 167 cm) F/28/5β5β [190lbs>135lbs = 55lbs] (2 years) 2 years postpartum and 3 marathons in the making
I lost 25 pounds my first year and started on a GLP-1 in January 2026. Since then have lost an additional 30 pounds. I ran one marathon fall of 2025 and two more this fall. Itβs been a long and slow road but very rewarding.

F 5'6β (168, 169 cm) F/38/5β6ββ [263lbs>201 = 61lbs] (3 years) Only walking and diet)
I stayed at around 212 lbs for a year and I think that might be the reason I have no loose skin.
I will be starting weight training soon because at this point itβs harder to lose just by walking. I stopped walking November last year up until May.
In May I started again with only 10 min and build up psychologic tolerance. I felt depressed and low after many life events. I now walk around 50 min. Itβs the way to do for me to not fail at trying to build habit. I just start very slowly and increase, I learned that after many quits.
I eat everything I want but in moderation and focus on always having protein with every meal.

F/52/5"0/[185 to 129] = (11 months) NSFW
About to hit 53, was tired of being lonely chubby out of shape single mom and put it all into the gym.
I lift about 5 days a week, grind out my calories and protein, and now moving onto to if I add mass and increase weights or still cut a few pounds. It's a fun place to be.
Through the roof change of life in all ways. I feel amazing. Buying new clothes is still shocking. It's shocking to be in a size s.
It's so freeing to not grimmace for a photo or ...need 99 photos to find one decent one.
It's freeing to be so strong, feeling sexier and enjoying dating and living life. After hiding from life too long.
I am building " the art of the possible" , life wise right now. And what a gift.
Progress. Redemption. Life.
Hard work and discipline I was seriously lacking before. I was lazy, I was mean, I was unhappy, I draink too much, ..the sun was too bright to walk in most days .
..now ... This is shangri la, this is nirvana , this is peace, my mind and body are Teflon coated against turmoil and pain.
Finally, living a real life that doesn't hide in the shadows of others.
Thanks for letting me share.

n/a M/27/6'2"/ [205 lbs > 175 lbs = 25 lbs] 4 months yup NSFW
Hello! I am 27years old. 6'2 In June of 2026 I was 205lbs. I felt a decrease in my energy motivation and overall agility. I switched to light beer, cut sugar out of my drinks, and added a 3/4 mile run every Saturday (7-10 miles a week) and starting doing 10 pull-ups a day. Hopes this helps someone!

Calorie counting F/31/5β1.4β [163.1 lbs > 119 lbs = 44.1 lbs lost] (8 Years) Weight Loss Progress
Title
F/31/5'1.4" 163.1 lbs \> 119 lbs \= 44.1 lbs lost (8 Years) Weight Loss Progress
Reddit post
I started my weight-loss journey at the end of 2018, when I was 23 years old and weighed 74 kg (163 lbs). Through calorie counting and exercise, mainly yoga and walking, I gradually lost weight and reached 54 kg (119 lbs).
A lot has happened in these years! I got married in June 2020 and welcomed my baby boy in September 2024. Despite all these life changes, I've managed to maintain my weight around 54 kg for the past two years.
I'll be turning 32 next year, and looking back at my journey makes me proud of how far I've come. β€οΈ
My approach has mainly been calorie counting, walking, and yoga. No extreme diets or intense workouts.
Sharing my progress as a reminder that slow and consistent changes can add up over time!
Total weight lost: 20 kg (44 lbs).
If you've been on a similar journey, I'd love to hear how you've maintained your weight over the years!
