full day 1327 calories 118g protein
Little extra cals for a bit because I need my abs to pop for Halloween and I’ll be going hard on core for the next two weeks (this is still a deficit for my activity level don’t come for me)

Skinnymixes changed their recipe and it tastes really awful now
I've been buying this brand for years and it's always been nice, sweet and yummy. I'm so sad... the new one tastes fine for like five seconds and then it tastes sour and bitter. If anyone has some good zero cal caramel recommendations i would love to hear them (╥﹏╥)

recipe One pot Low cal, high fiber, high volume rice anyone? Recipe below
One serving of white rice
One serving of chick peas
Some celery cut up,
Cilantro cut up,
Some cut up onion
Someinced garlic
And some salt and just throw it in a rice cooker and its so good, this is my full meal for lunch today lol, usually I split it up into two portions each time I cook it because it's so filling, I like serving mine with ketchup or some bbq chicken thighs

massive cheat day
january 5th will be a year of me starting my deficit and eating 1200-1300 cals a day. i have not strayed from it once and have lost 70lbs in these 10 months from 240 down to 170 now 😭 ive decided on my one year anniversary i am going to go to a restaurant of my choice with some friends and absolutely eat whatever the hell i want. i want a burger so gross and nasty that someone walking by would be alarmed that im eating it 😭 i want cheese, grilled onions, bacon, lettuce, tomato, an egg, hell, throw another burger on it idc !! 😂 i want that mf LOADED 😭 it’s all ive been craving. and i want some frickin cheese fries too omg 😭 i already feel guilty over it but idc i just want one day to pig out and then back to normal. does anyone have dedicated cheat days where they don’t count cals at all ?? i’m super nervous idk why but im 100% doing it lol. i’m not worried abt falling back out of the deficit bc i know myself and i am extremely disciplined but im still nervous to commit to it haha. maybe ill have two days like this in a year cuz my birthday is in july so one in the beginning and middle of the year 😂 idk but its all im looking forward to now !!

question Thoughts about Artificial sweetener
Do you think they make sticking to your diet harder or easier?
I feel like they make me hungrier faster or is it not related?
I was thinking about cutting them out from my diet and notice how hunger, energy and cravings levels.
Also I want tips on what to do when i feel like i need something but I'm not actually hungry!

Chicken pasta | 355 cal | 49g protein | 7g fat | 412g weight
Big ol low cal dinner with great macros! And it’s delicious.
Collard greens and egg whites are BESTIES. so, so delicious.
I can’t eat over 2.5-3 cups volume or my stomach absolutely dies so this is just on the maximum of volume for me! Should do its job of keeping me full for a while

full day Full day of eating - lazy high protein edition (148g protein, 1256 cals)
Any time I eat safecatch tuna my protein is through the roof. Really bad carb & fat day though. I typically don’t eat this much processed protein slop foods but I went to Walmart and was eager to try the Legendary pasta, quest chips and seasonal built puff bar. Lmk if you want a review on any of them.
Not pictured but I stole two of my bf’s Tyson chicken nuggets to chop up for my Mac and cheese.

question How do you stay consistent?
How do you guys want it bad enough? I wanna lose weight so badly but I keep cheating on my diet and I have the “I’ll lock in tmr” mentality

Konjac miracle noodles + marinara sauce (50 cal)
Ghost is + 10 cal ofc
Noodle is 10 cal, sauce is 40 cal per 1/2 cup
Texture is like aloe Vera jelly. It’s convincing enough to be noodles for me. Not too bad.
Not super awesome. Good low cal filler meal.

Black Bear Diner
My daughter chose this for our dinner together tonight and I want to semi-splurge, but not as heavily as possible (been doing a lot of splurging lately). They list all the calories, so that's very helpful, but if you have personal favorites, please share them. I don't want suggestions based on the menu (or advice on how to eat out); only on personal experience if you've eaten there for let's say 800 calories or less. Thanks!

treats Berries and milk, 50 calories
This bowl is only 50 calories.
This isn’t a new concept, but I forgot how much I like it. It really satisfies my sweet tooth when I want something cold and sweet.
Ingredients:
1/2 serving of blueberries
1/2 serving of unsweetened almond milk
Sugar substitute of your choice, to taste
It’s basically no calories and makes me feel like I’m eating something indulgent. You could make it more of a meal by adding extra berries and some protein powder, or blend it into a smoothie. The purple cereal milk at the end is the best part.
I know some of you are going to say, “My sensitive teeth could never.” I have sensitive teeth, too. I just let mine thaw for about 10 minutes before eating it, and that helps.

other Sourdough with Deficit?
What’s everyone take on sourdough with deficit? I started sourdough last January. I don’t buy bread anymore. I have to use ChatGPT to help me calculate calories and I have to weigh every slice. It has a 7 day shelf life but it’s healthy. But it’s full of calories. The only thing I haven’t done is freeze the loaf in individual slices. Any thoughts?

question Anyone else get sick/ forget to eat?
Since being in deficit for a few weeks I feel like my body has naturally gotten used to it. That seems obvious I know, but I get kind of sick sometimes when I eat a decent sized meal. Anyone else feel this way or am I crazy? Bonus piks of what I had for late lunch! I had 120cal chips and salsa at noon and just realized i needed more food, made this plate, but Im now feeling a bit ill and i havent even finished!

I’ve hit a plateau 🥺
Hi! I’ve been doing 1200 for around two months now and I’ve lost 5kg already. I reached a normal BMI and I noticed that the number on the scale does not go down anymore. I do exercise 5x a week and 10k steps a day. I’m thinking it could be due to my menstrual phase (bloating, etc.) or that my metabolism has eventually adapted. What do you think? What should I do? I’m still 5 kg away from my goal weight 🥹
