I've missed those feelings! 😂 An 80€ campaign for free, just to play it and forget about it. I won't play multiplayer, so why not?

Hi! I was trying to find this game, Caesar III. I played it a lot when i was a kid. But I lost the installer disc I had.
I was looking at different free versions online (maybe a portable one), but they all seem kind of shady.
Does anyone know any sites or links where I can download a safe copy?

PD: The Pharaoh Version would also be nice; if I remember, it was very similar.

Quad9 is leaving France over pirate site blocking orders, which makes it the second DNS resolver to leave the country.

Quad9 will stop serving French users on November 24, after a Paris court set a €1,000 daily penalty for not blocking pirate tennis streams.

Faced with this order and roughly 20 other pending French cases, Quad9 says that it has no other viable option left.

Conducting research for graduate school and I'm getting frustrated with finding great articles only to release they're locked behind a journal access site with a paywall that my school doesn't have a subscription to. I think it's messed up that research, which is conducted for the express purpose of furthering humanity's knowledge, isn't available to the general public.

For now I've just had to keep digging on free sites until I find a relevant article, but does anyone know of a way to access research that's locked behind a paywall for free?

there was an old novel i was reading that Qidian did the Qidian thing where they murdered the translators, stole what they already translated then sat on the half translated book and refused to let anyone translate the rest while not doing it themselves either so i'm searching for the raw of it but i have no idea where to even start looking for the text
