So Today my Father was watching youtube at work, then a scam ad about "your storage is full" came up

but my father doesn't have that much knowledge in tech

so he thought that the phone's storage is full so he clicked and then he installed it and gave all the permission it wanted(huge mistake)😭😭😭

after sometime the ads started popping everywhere, on homepage, app drawer, recent apps even opening another app shows you ADS

he can't do anything beside watching ads, he had to put the phone away

then he comes to home and asks me to fix it, so i gently open the phone

the phone almost looks same and have unknown widgets

then i swiped, an ad came right at me it was filed with ads, almost unusable, can't close the app,

somehow i managed to open settings

i thought that the app had default home/launcher permission, which allows the app to set a custom UI, (did a lot of modding on my phone) and that app had this permission

with this permission this app creates Ads Hell, you have to see ads, you can't escape it

i remove all the permission of the app then i deleted that app (the app had a weird name "#Cleaner" does this make it disappear from app drawer?)

and patched the youtube fk i don't want to deal with ts anymore

ts kinda insane, like youtube indirectly forcing me to pay for their subscription

if you have parents like me just patch youtube on their phone

My first attempt at a comprehensive playbook

I occasionally upload DVD ISO files to the internet archive. I like doing that because making DVD ISO's is easy, and then the archive.org backend will rederive into standalone video files, so users can download one or the other.

I feel DVD ISO's are the superior format for sharing discs. They retain all menus, subtitles and audio tracks, and bonus features. They can be burned onto a blank DVD to be played in any DVD player, no re-authoring required. They take up a little bit more space than maybe is strictly necessary but they are the only way to perfectly emulate the experience of actually using the original disc.

I have some rare DVDs in my hand that I want to share but I am afraid they might get taken down by copyright request, even though they are very much out of print. If I share them I want to share them in ISO format. It seems like a lot of trackers prefer derived MKV's, which is not my speed.

Where can I share ISO files where they will be appreciated outside of archive.org ?

Of course, the recent ports have been focused on games that are exclusive to PS5, but isn't it possible to do the same with games such as "Life Is Strange: Reunion", which is available on both platforms, but is protected by Denuvo on PC.

I'm simply inquiring about what's possible, I honestly have no idea about how it works aside from the fact that A.I. is involved.

I am Using libretorrent and i downloaded two audibook, and now i am sendin(seeding) but the app show that i havnt even seeded 1MB. Am i doing something wrong.

I am totally new to this seeding stuff. I have always downloading type guy.

Also, i am using a android phone(samsung a35).

Pretty reliable software uploader in the past was a moderator on the site. Went to download something and I saw the account is listed as banned with the last upload almost a year ago.

Can't find any info on it? Are the cracks still safe?

MovieBox used to be amazing at first. It offered nearly everything, with streaming and downloads available in all resolutions up to 1080p. But after the latest update, they locked HD quality and downloads behind a Premium subscription, limiting free users to 480p with no download option. So, I ended up uninstalling it.

I’m looking for a similar app with same library.

Torrent site for high quality Bollywood films e.g. blu-ray or 1080p web rip with English subtitles?

It's been down for over a day. Has it been killed by mega?

Fraudulent charges on two different cards with the ONLY thing in common Movieboxpro payments. DO NOT USE YOUR PRIMARY CARD WITH MBP.

MBP is either selling payment info, or their payment database is compromised. I bought our household's annual family subscription last year, and my partner put it on her card this year.

The ONLY payments we have ever had that have been on both cards are MBP. On the same day (today), we BOTH started getting fraud alerts for small under $50 amounts from Vinter, Walmart, Amazon, Google, etc. All the usual easy online sources where they test card numbers to see if they're active and unrestricted.

Now we have to replace both those cards with new numbers, and the giant pain in the ass that will be.

DO NOT USE YOUR PRIMARY CARD WITH MBP.

It WILL get compromised and used for fraud.

Will likely be dumping MBP due to the obvious attempt to censor a problem with their service instead of doing the right thing by acknowledging it.

With the recent numerous releases of PC recompiled games, especially the PS4 titles like Crash Team Racing Nitro Fueled and Gran Turismo Sport. I was wondering on which website is to download the pkg files so I can able to use it. I would appreciate the help :)

i want to make a donation to the ocean of pdf website, they’ve saved me hundreds of dollars over the last few years, and made my life easy since my boss will only allow me to read on my iPad at work; no physical books since he thinks it looks bad 🙃.

when you follow the Kofi link provided on their download pages, it goes to some random guy who’s a photographer or something. doesn’t appear to be related at all.

has anyone here ever donated to them or can confirm that’s the correct link?

I keep trying to watch movies like the new bunny girl senpai movie that came out yesterday for example, amongst other things but I can’t seem to find any sites that update with new movies quickly

I have been trying to use the website for 2 days, i don’t exactly know since when is it not working, but it was a gem of a website and i hate to see it gone when i had only discovered it very recently.

Any input would be appreciated!

the title speaks for itself, really.. But my father and I had a duo plan that hasn't been paid for in a month or two, so I need some options for downloading my playlists so I can play them on an ad-free mp3 file loader.
REQUIREMENTS: Safe and virus free (obviously), Can download playlists in higher numbers (a few hundred songs.) IOS Compatible.
Do not mind: an ad-ridden website, slow download speed.
