Phish sounds like a Grateful Dead want to be!

OK, hear me out here. I just took my kids to go see Disney on ice and it was pretty cool. Got me thinking though. they’ve got all these great skaters and they’re traveling all around the country and they’re probably doing two nights or a week in every city.
We train the same skaters to do Phish on ice one night of every city they’re in using the same set, but different lighting and video effects. It’s gamehenge interspersed with other songs. don’t forget, of course….
It’s Ice.
Tell me you wouldn’t go see this when the boys aren’t on tour.
I know I’d go.

As we start foaming for MSG100, let's not forget choice moments from summer tour. (MSG YEM was epic!!)

Sand closed out s1 on n2. Wow! I think it's an incredible jam, with 13 mins of glory rock, peaks, intensity and power. What are your summer "must listens."

So happy my favorite band can still throw down like this in their 60s. We are blessed, people.

u/Alive-Bank2973 DM me please! :) Want to discuss possible trade

Maybe they know something we don’t know?

I like to share, especially true when it comes to The Phish.
If you would like to get a video download link for the recent NJ Fall run, please feel free to message me. 3 shows, 1 link

Went to Reprise last night in Albany and I was so happy to see the Fellowship table in the back next to the merch table. It's s so uplifting to see these peeps supporting each other even in a small venue at a cover show.

Congrats to all the Sober Phans or those of you who are considering it. Love the vibes you all bring.

Ps - Reprise rules.

I just rediscovered on LP that you can play a radio channel with a mix of songs you may not otherwise listen to. It’s been a nice mixup and deep dive into shows I’d not have found otherwise. Top left on the app!

I'm a big fan of Free and how it jams. But with all this mini kit mayhem I got to remembering my second show, at Buffalo 96, when Free was very different. Then I found a you tube crowd shot video (thank you MrMarMar420) and realized the reason that Free was so different was because of the mini kit. It whole show was fun for sure but do yourself a favor and check out the Free.

Wondering what people are planning. I won't pay for these 2k tickets on stub hub, etc. Wondering if those prices will drop as the show gets closer? Or risk hoping for a miracle day of? Cash-or-trade seems impossible. Or will ticketmaster release more closer to the show? I had luck last Dec and scored a floor for 12/28 by refreshing day of in the app.

Any ideas?

Looking to trade 3 two day passes for Billy/Tab GA for 4 tickets for Phish 1/1 or 1/2. Official listing is on COT, please communicate via that if interested.

Pure 1987 energy: Phish throwing down "Wilson" live at The Ranch in South Burlington, VT (5/20/87). Raw, fast, and completely unfiltered.
Lil Trey is so cute- the analog sound is so raw and ooooooh I love it so much ~ remember DAT tapes??? My taper friends reading this like- ummmmm.
Anyway- I’m sure most of you have seen this 100X but wanted to share for anyone who hadn’t.
Anyone here lucky enough to ever catch a show at the Ranch?

I first thought start on Junta but this somehow makes more sense to me. I remember Metallica doing the Black Album backwards at Download Festival to end on Enter Sandman and the other big hits. I don't think anyone wants the show to end with Life Beyond a Dream and Lonely Trip or something.

The show would be about 16 tracks long not including White Tapes or TMHSIY. Thoughts?

I’m enjoying reading all of the MSG100 predictions.

One thing I’m having fun picturing is hanging a banner during the show.

I’m picturing it during the Divided Sky pause, but keep running through my brain files to see if there’s a song where it makes perfect sense.

Just for funsies guys - don’t hit me over the head with “they’ll def hang a banner” “no way they hang a banner” stuff.

There are a lot of people claiming on social media that if you get in the waiting room and refresh right as the clock hits the onsale start time for an on-sale you can either skip queue or get extremely low queue number

It sounds like nonsense but the Ticketmaster CEO also admitted that the queue is not in fact random so just wondering if anyone actually tried it.

Getting error after error. Haven’t used the app in a year or two now, just trying to get a single 4 day for NYE and coach won’t even put me on the field!

Hi guys, hoping for some advice here! Been seeing phish at MSG since ‘09, it’s the place I’ve most often seen them. Would love to get a poster from the upcoming NYE run, love the design. My only other poster is from the Trey solo acoustic shows at The Beacon from 2022 which wasn’t hard to get. I’m assuming such a historic MSG run will be much more difficult. I have tickets for 12/30 - 1/1 at the moment. For those with experience on the topic, what’s my best bet for scoring a poster? Where / when do I line up? If I fail to get one at the venue, are they usually available on EBay or something afterwards? Appreciate all the advice and see you guys at the shows!

I’m not sure Trey will pass up the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to play 97-00 themed shows….maybe a few nods but not a full show? Full-on embrace of the theme? What are your speculations?

It really ruffles my feathers when they stray from the traditional Mike’s groove. Hydrogen is such a pretty piece and I think it does stand up job of bringing us out of the darkness of Mike’s songs and into the whitest dance party you will ever see that is Weekapaug. The only acceptable addition is Simple post Mike’s but hydrogen must still arrive before Paug.

Do you fellow wooks think there are superior Groove’s that omit H2? I challenge you to try and craft one below**

**Unless you are a rail rider. In that case I’d suggest maybe taking this nice fall Sunday to read the fucking book because you clearly haven’t yet.
