Knowing that "Be Here Now" will be 30 years old in 2027 and considering they played a lot of track from "What’s The Story Morning Glory?" in 2025. There is a high chance they played some song in 2027 . Last tour , they did played "Stand By Me" and "D’you Know What I Mean?" but to be honest it would kinda refreshing seeing them playing some underrated track from this album . What song would y’all want to hear ?

As you’ll all know, this week we’ve seen Liam being very vocal on Grian’s band Fontaines DC, after being asked about the possibility of them supporting Oasis for their Live 27’ tour.

The conversation has sparked quite a few of comments by Liam, including him stating how Fontaines don’t “have any tunes”.

We all know how much of a windup Liam can be. The ammount of things he’s said online regarding the band, other artists or celebs are endless, but he almost never really means any of it. He’s a windup, that’s why we love him, so why is everyone taking this so seriously. There is a possibility this “beef” is all a hoax to get people talking!

Think of it this way.. Grian is a fan of Oasis and has openly worn their merch to his gigs in the past. Not only this, but Grian attended the premiere for the documentary last month. These aren’t things which get an open invite, the guest list was likely thought out or even hand-picked. Why would Grian be there if Liam thinks so negatively upon him and his band?

I really think this could all be a big joke.. I’m not saying Fontaines DC will support Oasis next year, but I’m not sure it should be entirely ruled out.

It was just perfect. Better than I expected and I had high expectations. So fucking epic.

Seeing them come in for their first rehearsal, Noel ‘bossing’ his band mates around to make sure they get it right. Liam making his entrance like a boss and then the first song he sang his rehearsal. Goosebumps.

The concert footage was great and they sounded even better than I remember hearing them live at MetLife.

Seeing peoples faces of joy and the tears streaming.

Noel in just complete awe of his brother and talking about how nervous he was before the first show and Liam just rolling up and absolutely crushing it like a king.

Seeing the two of them doing interviews together and Noel cracking up at some of Liam’s answers.

Just wow.

Having just watched the documentary last night, I have an appetite to listen to more recordings from live 25 and wondered if anyone knew of any decent versions out there?

Thought this was interesting. Also cool that one of these is a liam song. Tbh I think this is a decent introduction to the band, although I'd prefer another rockier tune

for the people who saw it coming from miles away, at what point in that 2 year period did you say to yourself “this is definitely happening”. Noels divorce aside, what other hints sealed it for you personally? what little things did you notice that probably aren’t acknowledged as much? for me it was a mix of small signs like Noel including Stand by me in his set, to the “I dare you to call me” tidbit we got for most of 2023. Council Skies being the first studio album of Noels to not go in at #1. there’s very few who can play the media/press the way Liam & Noel do. how long were we being played?

Remember back in the day, and in arguments since then, about the Battle of Britpop (shudder) and how it came down to Country House vs. Roll With It, and people would say how Roll With It wasn’t even the best song on WTSMG? Feel like it never got the love it deserved and was cast off as above average.

Listened to it the last week after a long time away - it’s fucking brilliant and probably the most fresh it’s ever sounded.

Anyone else think it was hard done to back in the day?
