Why I like been a support

People think it is because I like

-Helping others.

-Be the medic the team needs.

-Rescue falling behind team mates.

all of this is true ... but there is another that people don't see because I dont let them see 😅

Just lost a character... :/

Just the title. Feeling really bad. Team of 8 on hard, with three people who had no idea what they were doing. They died first.

Then came the sluggish push on the processing area with the turn valves. We lost one more and then two early extracted. I was this close to leaving with them, but the final person wanted to stay and tough it out. He inspired me.

We did all of it together to the finale. We even started the extraction. Then that buddy ran out of shotgun ammo and a bloody runner downed him. I tried to save him. We died.

I was this close to retiring that guy, just trying to level 100 before the 1.2 update came out. Now he's zombie chow.

Stuff like this is what ruins a good game....

EVERYTIME I'm having a good solo run in this game, I get shit like this. A bugged radio screen which is pretty much impossible to complete. 30 mins of gameplay, great RNG loot and then to get shafted by a glitch.

Do you extract when your infected?

What's everyone's take here ?

If you get infected especially early on do you extract or tough it out hoping for enough pills to make it through ?

From my understanding pills give you 5 minutes and I think you get 3 or 4 pills per bottle.

On a map like Power Plant an early infection is really a roll of the dice because the map could take 45 minutes or more to complete.

Is it a dick move to extract and leave your team short handed ?

If I get infected early I feel like its not worth the risk that I will find enough pills and or my random teammates will throw me pills once I start coughing.

Also I have only seen a gene therapy like twice in all my playthroughs I feel it must either be one of the rarest items in the game or loot goblins are grabbing them real quick.

I love the infected effects and how creepy it is but I dont want to lose my responder because no one is sharing pills or someone looted them all but I do feel bad leaving my team high and dry.

I kind of wish there was a middle ground like gene therapies spawned in weapon caches or when completing objectives so at least you would be guaranteed to cure yourself at known points rather than leaving it up to chance that every 5 minutes you have enough pills to last you to complete a map.

Any reason why adrenaline shot isn't available for selection load out?

Satchel allows for deprived to be null. Ranger boots provide stealth plus +3 stylish points. Nailer allows for better barricades and rescue beacon because obviously.

Body armor, I can see why that is not available for load out selection. I cannot see why adrenaline shot isn't available for load out.

Melee specific Perks.

Huge fan this game in this community makes me love it even more. What do you guys think if they would’ve had that more blunt/sharp specific or even weapon specific ones, but maybe people with hammers could also nail up in board faster or something like that. What do you guys think in your new unique ideas into your minds?

NPC rescuing instead of off screen

Something I think we can have is having some NPCs running from zombies to the chopper and we as CRC trying to defend them like the missions in hell divers where there are civilians running out of bunkers to safety and they are squishy as hell

it can even be like if a civilian died they transform into runners to punish the player for letting them die.

also civilians can count as supplies so there would be no need to look for blue supplies just to defend the civilians

the cool thing about this mode is that it is better for EVERYONE to share loot since 1 prepare crc can't defend a whole congo line of civs from the zombies so the loot goblins will be forced to share or not play.

At least thats my take what do you think ?

Discovered a new bug

So, for some reaosn on Lewiston was playing a bit to the boat part and we got the key card for the door, but for some reaosn the gate would not open and the mission track still said to open the gate. Not sure what happened, but maybe we interacted to fast with the scanner pad or something, but that gate just did not open and no other mission markers existing besides for us to open the gate.
