Crazy to think it's been 15 years since this flavor has been available in the US. I had one with lunch today and it's the best flavor I've tasted since the Citrus Blackberry Game Fuel in 2024.

It's got a very similar flavor profile to Voltage, but without the strong blue raspberry candy aftertaste. Much smoother melon aftertaste that actually goes well with food IMO. The nostalgia definitely hits with this one!

No disrespect to the Voltage fans, but Supernova 100% should have won the DEWmocracy back in '08 lol.

I haven’t been able to find zero sugar trolli since before October and just barely any of the full sugar one. Are they making more?

If trolli goes for 6 years similar to how Voodew did then after trolli I would like mtn dew to collab with sour patch next!!!! And I would like this to be the first flavor!! Green apple is my favorite candy flavor this is inspired by thrashed apple so imagine thrashed apple but if it also had that iconic sour patch kids taste , lmk what y’all think and if u have any ideas u would like to see next

Saw this at a 7/11 in dixon, ca. I have never seen it before and was bummed it wasnt ready for me to try. Anyone here tried it before?

You can take major melon back, dirty dew and whatever crap flavors there are. Just bring back Real Sugar Mountain Dew.

Surprisingly not bad

Since theres news that KFC is ending its contract with PepsiCo and picking up Coca-Cola products instead, are we going to see the discontinuation of Sweet Lightning?

This also may greatly affect KFC/Taco Bell locations since they usually are on the KFC contract for brands, those locations may lose both Baja Blast and Sweet Lightning.

Does this mean the UK will start getting other flavours? I believe they've changed the formula too, I've tried the USA and Poland one, and it's a stronger Grape flavour. this one tastes more like Blackberry coke, I think to align more to a UK market because Grape is very unpopular here. Around 4 months ago, they released baja blast zero in taco Bell and now pitch black in stores! What could be next?!

I remember hearing about this a while ago, but nothing ever came of it until now. Just received some branding for our fountain today.

My last standing frostbite… I’ll never drink it either, this flavor is so sentimental to me 😂 takes me back to Covid nights playing modern warfare crushing a 12 pack on a weekend at my grandparents house. Praying it comes back one day 🙏

Found at the Circle K at 5133 Alpine Ave NW, Comstock Park, MI. I still can’t believe they did away with this flavor. It’s every bit as good as I remember it being. As a bonus, this store also had fountain Voltage
