I forgot my facebook account password and its the account that pays for ads.. how do i log in... is there anyone that can help? Seems like the ads team cant be contacted.

I have created a Facebook Page for my social media marketing agency, and I can post content with hashtags. However, no one seems to be reaching my page. Since I'm still in the early stages, I want to understand what I'm lacking and how I can improve my page's reach.

I run Meta ads for clients, and I’ve realized we answer the same handful of questions every single onboarding and first month. So I’m putting together an FAQ, and eventually some short explainer videos, that we can just send people instead of repeating ourselves. I want to make sure it covers what actually comes up, not just what’s top of mind for me.

So I’m asking the people here who run Meta ads, for yourselves or for clients: what questions do you get asked over and over? Especially during onboarding or month one. Big or small, obvious or weird, I want all of it.

I’ll throw out a couple to start, but I’m keeping it short on purpose so I don’t steer your answers:

1. The card thing. When you first start spending, Meta sometimes runs small $2 to $3 auth charges that get declined, and the client has to call their bank to confirm they’re actually spending on Meta and not getting scammed. We pre-warn everyone now.
2. Sharing access. There are a bunch of ways to do it (partner access, a personal page, another business portfolio), and when we walk a client through it live, it’s not that we’re lost, we’re figuring out which method actually works for how their account is set up.

That’s it from me, on purpose. What are yours? What do your clients always ask, or what did you have to Google when you were first starting out?

Ciao ragazzi, da un po' di tempo io e il mio team stiamo avendo problemi con la conditional logic dei moduli Meta.

Praticamente, per le nostre campagne vorremmo creare un modulo capace di dividere gli utenti in qualificati e non qualificati. In base alle risposte date nel form, l'utente qualificato dovrebbe arrivare a una thank you page dedicata, mentre quello non qualificato dovrebbe arrivare a una thank you page diversa, dedicata a lui.

Il problema è che, indipendentemente dalle risposte date, gli utenti arrivano sempre alla prima thank you page, senza che venga rispettata la logica impostata.

Non riusciamo a capire dove stia il problema. Qualcuno sa qualcosa? Serve qualche autorizzazione particolare? Come funziona? stiamo impazzendo.

I'm running a Meta Ads campaign, but delivery seems to have stopped after spending just ₹2, even though I set my Cost per Result Goal to ₹10.

Here are the campaign details:

I'm trying to understand why delivery stopped before spending the available budget. Is the Cost per Result Goal too restrictive, or could the issue be related to the audience, campaign setup, or an account-level delivery restriction?

What should I check first, and has anyone experienced something similar?

Hi, I think some of you can relate to how slow it can be to pull reports from Meta. I usually have around 80 to 100 active campaigns each month, each with at least one ad set and 6 to 10 creatives per ad set. How do you handle reporting?

I know Meta provides reports, but the more details you need, the slower the process gets. Plus, it often crashes when you try to pull too much data. What do you recommend connecting it to?

I’m experiencing a serious Meta Ads delivery issue, and I’m wondering if anyone has experienced something similar.
Since October 15, 2026, my entire advertising account has completely stopped delivering ads.
ZERO impressions, ZERO reach, and $0 spent across ALL campaigns.

Account background:
- Established ad account with approximately 150,000$ in historical spend.
- Net 30 invoicing with a credit of 8000$.
- Account active and in good standing.
- No outstanding balance, policy violations, payment restrictions, or spending limits reached.
- All campaigns and ads approved and active.
- Ads transition from “Preparing” to “Learning” but never generate impressions.
Everything I’ve already tested:
- Sales, Traffic, Landing Page Views, Link Clicks, and Engagement objectives.
- Canada and worldwide targeting.
- Daily budgets ranging from CAD $15 to $140.
- ABO, CBO, new campaigns, and duplicated campaigns.
- Highest Volume bidding without bid caps.
- Different images, videos, and existing Facebook posts.
- Multiple OFF/ON resets.
- Payment methods removed, re-added, and verified.
Absolutely nothing has worked.

The strongest evidence:
I tested the EXACT SAME Facebook post on two advertising accounts under the same Business Manager.
- Main account: $140/day → ZERO impressions after several days.
- Second account: $10/day → started delivering in LESS THAN 20 MINUTES.
Same Facebook Page. Same publication. Same Business Manager.
This strongly suggests an account-specific delivery issue.

The Meta Support nightmare:
I’ve contacted Meta Support repeatedly and opened multiple support cases.
On October 16, support told me the issue had been resolved and that I should wait 24 hours for delivery to resume.
Today is October 19. Still absolutely nothing.
The biggest problem is that every support conversation I can access is handled by an AI assistant**.**
The AI repeatedly confirms that my account has no billing, policy, payment, or spending-limit issues.

However, it explicitly admits that:
- It cannot transfer me to a human agent.
- It cannot directly escalate my case to a technical specialist.
- It cannot modify internal case notes.
- It cannot confirm that a human specialist has investigated the issue.
I’m stuck talking to an AI that keeps repeating the same diagnostics without providing any actual resolution.

Why I can’t simply abandon this account:
My main advertising account has had Net 30 invoicing terms
These payment terms are extremely valuable for my business’s cash flow, and my other accounts don’t have them.

Has anyone experienced this?
- Has your entire Meta Ads account ever stopped delivering despite all campaigns being approved?
- Did it eventually recover on its own? After how many days?
- Has anyone successfully reached a REAL human technical specialist instead of Meta’s AI assistant?
- Is it a meta ads bug?
It’s been four days with absolutely zero delivery, and I’m running out of options.
