Red- You get a UI that shows everything, including a combined inventory with unlimited carry weight and unlimited capacity and number. If the game does not have durability then the item is indestructible, if it does and it breaks. you can repair it with crafting stations.

You have an Equipped screen allowing to equip any combination of items instantly. Everything fits perfectly and is comfortable.

you can equip as much as you want at once, using real world capabilities to maximise it. such as putting rings on necklace chains or putting everything on one chain.

Effects of similar type across different things will stack. things like health regen and running speed and multi jumps. your HP number will be the combined value of all health.

Scores, Points, and in game currency all convert to useable real world money.

Consumables like Potions are restored back to whatever the original number was after 24 hours. (if you start with 4 and you drink 1 health potion, you will have 3 left. after 24 hours, it will go back to 4)

You can not hoard them, consumables do not resupply until they are used.

Consumables with similar temporarily timed effects will stack the effect and the timer, a potion of speed (+5% running speed) that lasts 3 minutes and a potion of swiftness (+2% running speed) that lasts 5 minutes, will combine to 8 minutes and +7% Speed.

Ammo is unlimited but you do have to reload or change ammo types if the weapon needs to reload.

Things that use up Energy with use and need ways to recharge will have a way to recharge them included with your Bases and Resources, including all work stations and crafting tables etc.

Blue - any NPC you have ever killed, civilian, merchant, monster, boss, companion etc. you can summon an unlimited number of that NPC, they will be Friendly and trust you but you can not control them directly, but you can ask them and lead them, They will not do anything they normally wouldn't, you can't ask a good character to do something evil, etc. If you abuse or mistreat them they will disappear and will no longer be Friendly. Your relationships can change with actions and time.

All NPCs have working powers like magic, and can share gear with you.

Not the author but I found tons of loopholes and unaddressed lore problems, so I decided to add the below guidelines as a fun challenge/supplimentary update.

For all following items, assume a hyper-intelligent, truely-neutral, transdimentional alien with absolute knowledge of humanity is always observing you and monitoring/controlling the items based on the guidelines mentioned for each item, doing so very very far away. For you to have even a sliver of chance of seeing it, let alone be able to talk to it, you'd need luck equivalent to hold on to the coin for 3701 consecutive days, or about 10 years.

Also assume that all items are of high quality, witht their durability resembling that of the closest matching high-quality mundane variety of item on Earth at the moment you chose an item (quality and durability determined by the aforementioned alien). Upon destruction of item, deemed as unresemblance of at least 50% compared to the original item, the remains will disappear and a new item will try to spawn closest to you at a safe location deemed by the alien. If not possible, it will spawn at closer locations you would have be able to easily access once you're out of the environment that prevented the spawning of the items (i.e. if ur trapped in a 10x10m cube of jello or whatnot, the item will spawn outside of the jello at the closest location you're most likely to move to once you get out of your jello-prison.

Mirror: assume that if you get pregnant as a female or get someone else pregnant as a male, you can't change back

Cig box: assume it does not protect you from the pros and cons of distributing drugs instead of giving you full benefit and drawbacks of being a drug dealer.

Lucky coin: assume that luck(effects pretty much like what og text said, with minor details determined by alien) increases by the formula y=x^(5/4) where you'd become around 2.3x as lucky as the average person (as of the time of obtaining the coin) on the second day, 18x as lucky on the tenth day, etc. The "energy drain" is calculated as ATP extracted from your cells in percentages, using the formula f(x) = (x-1)^(9/5)/900, where x = number of days the coin has been on your person. For example, if you held it for 100 consecutive days, you'd lose ~4.34% of your total ATP at the start of the 100th day. The drainage will be spread in a ratio of 4:3:2:1 for limbs:torso(bones, muscles, fat, skin cells):important organs (heart, lungs, etc): nervous system(brain, spinal nerves,etc) (as in, 4/10 of the ATP required will be drained from your limb cells, etc).

Pillow: Assume it's silk, filled with duck feathers and that it does not have any openings unless you cut/rip it open. The full awareness will come like an easily accessible, non-intrusive status report list + 3rd person video you can see by closing your eyes and will be gone within 10 minutes of your full consciousness coming back (full consciousness deemed by the alien).

Gun: obv the gun will not respawn if u fail its quest and it disintegrates. Assume that richochets will apply, and paths of the bullets fired from this gun will avoid you if you are not the target (i.e. if you shoot in front of you while your target is behind you, the bullet will not take the most straightforward path after richocheting back by piercing your skull to reach the target behind you) (bullet path determined by alien)

Gloves: assume you have a sixth sense that allows you to comfortably and unobtrusively feel the movement of the air around 1 meter of your brain, with comfortability decreasing and obtrusion to your thinking increasing as you go beyond that range. Multitasking skills help mitigate part of that feel, and the decrease/increase amount as well as what counts as air is deemed by the alien. Assume the growing sensory and agility augmentations are also unobtrusive and feel like second nature, and that the current stage of effects become permanent every 30 days of consecutive wearing (i.e. wear gloves for 30 days, you become permanently blind, with stronger senses and agility even without wearing gloves). The predatory urges cause you to acquire more psychopathic tendencies such as apathy towards suffering of others, sadism, the longer you consecutively wear the gloves. They will fade away if you don't wear it consecutively for 30 or more days, but once you go past 30 days, your current stage of predatory urges becomes permanent. effects of urges determined by alien.

Been a year since my last proper cyoa, did ya miss me? prolly not.
This is by far the longest and most ambitious one i've done, technically i started it 9 months ago but it was on hiatus for 6 and i only picked it back up recently because i decided to procrastinate writing by writing something else that i'd procrastinated on writing.

This was a blast to make but holy shit am i not doing this again for a good long while. Also i tried my best to proofread it but there might still be issues here and there.
No promises on when, or if, the next one will be; but if there is one it'll be MUCH smaller.
