Some ideas I have are juice, cookies something ready and easy like that but I will get nauseus and might puke from those... I dont know how to feed myself during those days and not eating makes it even woooorseee xdd

its like a snowball effect... im too tired to eat and then im more and more tired cause im hungry

EDIT : omgggg the spoon of peanut butter after couple of minutes gave me enough energy to make yoghurt with granola, guys thank you so much idk if I would have eaten anything without your help bless youuuuu 😭😭😭

This is a fairly simple meal I like to make:) Shredded rotisserie chicken, a can of chickpeas, chopped cucumber, and whatever dressing you like! I prefer a creamy dressing. I used Tuscan garden - Parmesan ranch. Regular ranch is good too!

I’m having a crispy coke with it too:)

Finally made the broccoli cheddar soup I've had saved for months (one pot, 40 min)

rice cooker meals?

my favorite recipe is chicken and mushrooms in the rice cooker. does anyone have recs for more meat and veg (plus rice) in a rice cooker recipes? I'm fine with stuff that involves measuring spices and chopping some amount of veggies, but nothing that requires pre cooking please

(it's miso claypot chicken no clay pot from the lucky peach cookbook. the rest of the cookbook is not low spoons friendly, but if your library has a copy it's worth it to take a picture of this page. I do it with brown rice and a whole 8oz thing of chopped mushrooms. brown rice means you don't have to cut the chicken, so the only cutting is the green onions)
