K-pop these days have been quite hit or miss but if there is one kind of genre that is always consistently ended up as my faves, it's Pop Rock music. They being the right amount of catchyness, emotional feel, and feel good vibes whenever you listen to them, especially combined with great use of the instrumentals and the vocals.

My favorites (some of them might be more pop rock inspired than straight pop rock, but still): Rock With You (Seventeen), Shout Out (Enhypen), Twenty, Hate Blueberries (KickFlip), Without U (NCT U), Pinocchio, Rendezvous, Everything is Love (AHOF), Our Season, Hana (Zerobaseone), Spring Day (BTS), Zombie (Day6)

Sorry if this doesnt really make sense, but how do female idols do these crazy diets and still maintain their dancing abilities? i know these diets make you lose muscle as well as fat, do female idols not really need muscle like male idols do?

Hihi, I'm looking to add some songs that fit the vibe of a nightclub! Open to everything, but I’m leaning nore towards the electronic and bass-y side like:

* aespa's Whiplash, Lemonade, Black Mamba
* Le Sserafim's Crazy, 1-800, Creatures
* Billie's Work
* SuperM's Jopping, One
* NCT's Cherry Bomb, Love Talk, Lemonade

Tysm for recs in advance 🙏

I’ve been listening to Kpop for a few years now, mostly your typical mainstream stuff ie Blackpink, TWICE, etc. but I have really come to fall in love with i-dle’s music and they’re my favorite by far. I’m just wondering if they fall into a subgenre that I can look up to find similar bands? I also really enjoy ATEEZ and K/DA, maybe I just like the more hip-hop sounding stuff since that’s what I grew up on? Idk how to even describe the vibes I like tbh 😂 any recs are also welcome 🩷🩷🩷

ok so this might not even be a kpop music video but maybe.. it is?

details I remember:

there's this dog that pops up on screen at some point with cartoon-y sparkling anime eyes (LMFAO)

they're on conveyor belts or near conveyor belts

there's a part where someone is scrolling on a phone? and 3d coins pop up?

bright orange overalls

possibly released around the same time blitzers macarena was 🤔

if anyone can help me at all PLEASE i feel like im insane it's like its on the tip of my tongue

I have a friend that im planning on getting a gift for christmas and shes been a fan of k-pop for longer then ive known her and want to get her a gift but i dont understand anything about k-pop😭 I asked her who her favorite charecters were from the like groups and stuff and she said sunghoon from enhyphen and lee from stray kids but im not sure were to go from from there. I know she already probably has their cards since she has some on her backpack and it would make sense if those ones were the people she likes

I just came back from Vietnam where I heard a song in a store i can't get out of my head. It's a bright/bubblegum/triumphant pop song sung by a woman and the chorus/hook has a line in it that sounds like "I'm gonna shine it up." It could also be a homophone of that, it was hard to hear in the store (I’m gonna fire it up, maybe?). It had a similar energy to “golden” in that it was sung by a woman (maybe more), and was super bright and triumphant-sounding. It sounded like the chorus went like the below:

"I'm gonna shine it up
I'm gonna live it up (something I couldn't understand here)
IIII....I'm gonna shine it up!"

I know is part of y2k aesthetic, but this fashion have more specific names?

Compared to 2023 onward, especially the year 2026 .... 2020-2022 was still relatively better for nugu groups ... many nugu groups disappeared/disbanded/got dungeoned around 2021-2023

EDIT: i meant that many nugu groups still had music releases in 2020 and 2021 (and maybe 2022) .... but then disappeared around 2022/2023

I need some photo recommendations of soobin and Kai that I can put on an American flag. Please send pics!

Im pre ordering the illit break even, but Idk what POB should I choose... The options are

APPLE MUSIC

MAKESTAR

WEVERSE EARLY BIRD BENEFIT

WEVERSE SHOP

and EVERLINE

If I understood any of those havent been revealed yet, not even blurred versions.

i won a 1:1 makestar face-to-face fansign in singapore (jisung from nct dream!) but was wondering how it works... there's no viewing for this fansign, it's just me and the member i applied for.

if anyone has done this kind of fansign, is it just me and the member (+ translator) or is there an audience? i'm wondering if i would need to set up any tripod, etc for it. thanks!

It reminded me of a rage room video which involves people smashing various objects for cathartic release. I find it fun and cathartic to watch that stuff and this one kpop mv I saw, and can't find, has just that. It wasn't set in a rage room but the people in it were destroying various objects. I don't remember what the song sounded like, I don't remember the group's name at all but I do remember they were a girl group of at least four members (I don't remember if there were more), and the video itself was recent. I know it came out sometime after early 2025 because I saw it sometime after I turned 22 (but I'm not sure if I saw it in 2025 or 2026).

I'm considering getting a insta360 luna ultra for concert footage since I keep seeing videos of creators bringing it in successfully to events. So far I'm attending KGMA and a few concerts and I've seen people bring DJI cameras into shows in Korea but wasn't sure if I'd be able to pull it off myself lol.

I’m currently trying to sell all of my Monsta X albums and I want them to have all of their original inclusions. I’ve come across this photocard/picture card that I can’t seem to find the album for. I’ve done reverse search on Google and it just didn’t give me the right answers.
I can’t tell if it’s official or not. It doesn’t have the usual photocard-paper-ish texture, it’s plastic.
Please help!

Hi guys! I really want to attend MAMA 2026, but I’m having trouble buying tickets through Melon Ticket because I’m not a member and can’t complete identity verification since I don’t have my Korean ID card yet.
Should I wait until the presale and official sale are over and then look for available tickets, or is it possible to find a reliable ticket reservation service beforehand?
If anyone has experience buying tickets as a foreigner in Korea, or knows any trustworthy resellers or legitimate ticket services, I’d really appreciate your advice! I’m scared of getting scammed, so I want to be careful.
I really want to go, so any help would mean a lot. Thank you!

Hi! My friend and I are planning on traveling to Korea in January, and we want to see NCT WISH in concert so we were wondering around when tickets for kpop concerts in Korea usually go on sale, also what platform should we use to purchase them? Thanks!

Right okay so after I listened to NEXZ 'SAUCIN' song, one of the lyrics "Take a bite, taste so right" reminded of this one song i used to listen to but I can not remember the name for the life of me and its been bugging me ever since!! I remember the song having "take a bite, taste so fine" in it. The song sounded very upbeat and I remember the lyrics being chanted by all of the members in the song. I think the song might very came from one of the NCT groups - or at least the song gave me a very NCT vibe to it. The song might came out late 2010's or early 2020's. Im pretty sure the song was talking about some sort of food? But i remember clearly that the song had the lyrics had 'take a bite, taste so fine' and it was from a boy group.

Any help would be appreciated 😭😭🙏

I traveled all the way from a distant country to take the weekly audition, and my performance at the company was reasonably good. However, 30 seconds perhaps wasn't enough time. I took the weekly audition at the D-Tower Seoul Forest on September 19th, and today is October 19th—should I consider this a rejection, or should I wait a bit longer?

hi guys, so i won a fancall with ni-ki from enhypen but the call is on the faceey app

i read the rules and it says recording or photographs aren’t allowed, does anyone have any advice with that

also any advice just about fancalls in general on this app would be helpful!

I know that a lot of K-pop groups release concert films, documentaries, behind-the-scenes videos, and other special concert recordings on different streaming platforms, such as Netflix, Disney+, and other services. However, I find it frustrating having to switch between multiple platforms just to watch concerts from different groups.

I was wondering if anyone knows of a website or streaming service that has a large collection of K-pop concerts, concert films, and documentaries all in one place. I'm especially interested in watching concerts from **ENHYPEN, BTS, Stray Kids, CORTIS, TXT, and SEVENTEEN**, but I'd also love to discover concerts from other K-pop groups!

Ideally, I'd love to find a platform where I can easily browse and watch different groups' concerts and concert documentaries without needing multiple subscriptions or having to search through several different streaming services. I'm happy to hear about both free and paid options, as long as they're legitimate and safe to use.

Does anyone have any recommendations or know of a streaming service that comes close to having all these concerts in one place? I'd really appreciate any suggestions! Thank you! 💗

I decided to get zip binders for my photocards that I’m selling/trading in person to bring plus my personal collection. I got both the 3x3 pages and 2x2 pages but my photocards don’t even fill up all or most of the 3x3 zip binder. I like the look of the pcs in the 3x3 as well. However I don’t want to bring my nice and expensive pcs from my own collection to bst events. If I only kept the 3x3 zip binder with both pcs im selling and trading plus my own collection, i would end up bringing the pcs im not selling or trading and don’t wanna risk losing or damaging them. Which would you recommend for bst events and collecting? How do you organize your pcs if you also attend in person pc events?

I really want to go to Aespas’ concert in London but I’m have no money like I have no allowance and my mum said she isn’t paying for a concert but I really want to go😭😭 I’m actually panicking at the thought that I won’t see them. I’d appreciate any seats. Thank you😭😭🥺
