Saw what seemed to be a fully orange cat with a blueish collar outside my place.. unsure if lost or just an outside cat. If this is your missing cat please dm for details! Regardless i worry for outside cats, many cats have been hit by cars outside my place. New York City is no place for an outside cat.

Hi Neighbors - Our building (small 10-unit coop on 80th St) is looking for a new building super. Being that we are a small building, this would be a part-time job starting as soon as November 1st.
