just looking to see what the general opinions are towards the irving branch of bsw. my brother has been admitted to the ccu, and previous visits before this hospitalization were dismissive enough that a formal grievance process has begun.

i’m just curious if this is something that other people have had happen, if it’s a reputation this facility has, etc. not for any real reason, i just have an advocacy meeting soon and it’s on my mind today.

ccu has been fantastic, and their care has been top notch. my concerns center around the emergency department.

i hope it’s not common! bsw seems like a nice facility, but i am from out of state and wondering if there’s any negative associations with the hospital. it’s better care than he would receive where we’re from, at least, so there is that!

But it seems like the flow of the drive thru has slowed down significantly. CFA prides itself on efficiency and customer service, but the efficiency has plummeted downhill. It takes forever to get through the drive thru now.

Hello! New transplant from Pennsylvania with two small dogs (15lb Chihuahua mix and 18 lb Pug mix) looking for ideas to get them out of the house. With the weather cooling I know Paws Colinas will be actually doable for them soon but was wondering if anyone knew of any places that had dog social groups? For instance, back home, we had a local animal shelter that had indoor socials twice a week for a small $10 fee, like an indoor dog park. I know there are daycares and the like but those are costly and I want to be able to spend the time with them. Any leads are appreciated!
