Looks legit but the battery placement puts me off.

I'm a bit perturbed, as I had someone claim it was a fake, but the only reasoning was that the label was misaligned. I'm seeing other comments that this can happen over time, or that it can be a fault of a machine when the cartridge was manufactured, but I'm just not sure.

It does shine red when placed on top of a flashlight, so I'm leaning towards legit, but I'd appreciate input from others. Thank you!
