I found this guy in the dirty streets of Guadalajara downtown after my brother almost stepped on it by mistake. I found deep love for these little creatures and often dream of frogs ever since.

It's name Is Gilberte Aphex Twin, the vet says he Is very healthy. I was worried It was bloated but the vet said It's fine and It remains active and eating. I even feel like It recognizes me as It's feeder.

Now I know the species Is Agalychnis Dacnicolor, Its such a joy watching it go nuts at night in Its space. Such a dynamic little guy.

please help, my smaller more newer frog is not eating, he has been shitting and pissing but almost never seems to eat, my bigger one has started developing these brown bumps on his ass, he is still eating anything that moves but everytime i give him a medicine bath he starts getting these discolorations

Im looking into getting him a 18x18x24 enclosure. Is that about right? For now i been feeding him flightless fruit flies is that best at this size or any other stuff i can feed him at the moment?

Cute frogs and baby tadpoles

I have a question. My 5 Month old african bullfrog is burrowing since months and he has eaten seven weeks ago. I have to dig him up every few weeks. Is this normal? I have 30 degres Celsius and 70% humidity. In his first terrarium he ate every day and now nothing. Not even a dubia roach. If i sit him in his water bath he poops. He has nothing in his terrarium except coconut fiber and water bowl. #NSFW Edit: The picture was made almost 3 weeks ago. Yeah i have no gloves but he still chilled on my hand. :)

Lifelong frog lover but too scared to take on the responsibility of a real frog, so I'm sharing my frogs that sit on my piano. Trying to channel Claude Debussy or Edvard Grieg and maybe play as well one day lol. Their love of frogs was evident as they both kept trinket frogs on the piano or in their pocket while composing/performing.

Soil is zilla jungle mix (do I need new substrate if it has small wood chunks?)

light is 25 watts, there is magnolia leaves, 10g horizontal tank, an AIICIOO heating pad, a water bowl, a thermometer, and a moisture reader

is there anything else I can add (plan to get sphagnum moss and add springtails and isopods) also, will I need a hydroball bottom?

My first amphibian. His name is Gaben, he is a giant marine toad

Its been ao long since I saw them, almost a month since I first got them and got them in there and Ive never seen either of them

The tank is huge but I am worried they got stuck in the decor or the background or smth

I saw a fact that bullfrogs don't sleep. Then I looked through some reddit threads and found that the "fact" is not true.

But then I stumbled on a comment that its only the American bullfrog that doesn't sleep. But no person engaged with that comment so I have no way of finding if that is true.

So I came here for answers. Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Can somebody tell me what species it is? It's about 2.5 inches long. Thanks!
