Hurt feelings from speech does not warrant violence.
As is tradition the usual people will rush in here to defend and deflect for objectively bad behavior.
The victim, later identified as 50-year-old Larry Young, was walking away after a confrontation with Day, who then followed Young before the fatal attack.
