Women can’t even be safe from men, even when they’re old and in nursing homes.

Well. They achieved their objective. We have no king. Meta thought they were defunct.

well without God there are no morals, just subjective “shared” relativistic experiences where no one has rights because there is no epistemological justification behind them

holy false dichotomy batman… have you seen what happens when you have to outsource your violence as opposed to people handling business themselves?
when seconds count the police are minutes (in some cases hours) away… i guess you’re fine with children being shot or bleeding out while everyone waits for the “good guys” in government to show up and wait… all you need to look at is uvalde vs the recent oregon shooting
unless you are one of those people who thinks criminals follow laws or that guns will suddenly disappear one day, its best to have the necessary tools to take care of yourself and loved ones

I didn’t say that. The point is, i support the bill of rights. You do not.

They can detain people for 24 hours (might be 48) while they “determine” your legal status. They’ve been known to harass citizens who look the wrong way.
Edit: Also they don’t even have to harass people at the actual polling sites. All they have to do is work in the area of a polling site and muck up the works in getting in and out of the neighborhood.

So you're saying both there is a ban and there isn't a ban.
Pick one.
r/FreeSpeech • u/Artisttype1984 • 29m ago
Correct. If parents want to buy books for their kids that public schools don't allow, they're free to buy them and keep them at home
r/FreeSpeech • u/knivesofsmoothness • 32m ago
... but you just said you can still get the book easily.

Cool, let's let put 120 days of Sodom into school libraries.
Or Mein Kampf.
Or the Turner Diaries.

It’s also hard to see how a white supremacist teacher could lead a class with nonwhite children in it, or why those children should be subjected to it when there are plenty of non-racists available to teach.

The original post showed a video from Islamist terrorists from 2020. Completely unrelated to the protests they attributed it to.

Because parents don't want their young kids seeing sexually explicit books in a their libraries

Who gets to decide which political parties are “racist”?
It would be easy for a political party in power to decide that their rivals are racist and have them and their supporters banned from all kinds of things (including certain professions).

The first video literally opens on the Tourism office burning, later images in the video shows a town hall burning. There are also images of stores.
We get it though, you confessed to being massively dishonest, so it explains how you claim the video doesn't show things it literally does show.
So the strawman at the end, it's just a poor cover-up attempt for your own dishonesty.

You would equate calling someone mean names with murder, wouldn’t you?
If you claim that you don’t want children to be murdered why would you support the American epidemic of gun violence?
r/FreeSpeech • u/Artisttype1984 • 1h ago
It's all good. The books are available if parents want to buy them for their kids at home. No worries

Looks like it was suspended due to the automated systems Meta had in place, and the account is restored.
On the flip side, does anyone else not remember when conservative groups/organizations/individuals were getting banned/shadowbanned/silenced on social media for years, and when they complained about it everyone on the left was basically saying that their rights weren't being impugned upon because these social media giants were private companies? And therefore because the government wasn't censoring their speech, they had no right to complain. I just find it ironic that when a single group's account gets suspended for an hour and a half, they are now accusing Meta of silencing their political speech.

This is a free speech sub. Not everybody here subscribes to a newspeak dictionary, and the old school English dictionaries have not been crafted specifically to terminate thought like the one that contains the newfangled, brain dead definition of ban.
