20k cold emails for $200. One month. That’s it.

Everyone here pitches. Nobody shows numbers. Screenshots attached. Some campaigns smaller, some larger, some did better than others. Lots of variables, but campaign to campaign my numbers don’t deviate much. Good idea of what I’m getting. Look before you reply. These are strictly my target and my offer. Yours will vary. You know your offer best.

Who I am
Not an agency. I researched, trial and errored, burned thousands of dollars, and built a stack that works for me and my business. I don’t know how agencies work, never used one. What I built works. 95% of my targets are main street businesses and home service companies, and the screenshots are those results.

What this is
My cold email stack is idle while I take a break. Cold infra has a shelf life — once you’ve sent cold from it, reputation only goes one way. Idle is wasted. So I’m renting it out.

Spots are capped by my own sending limit. 10k a day max, realistically I like to keep it under 5k a day. Once a few people sign up, I’m closing it. Not expanding infra for a short-term offer.

This disappears the second I’m back on the stack for my own business. Could be any time. It’s far more lucrative using my infra for my own business. I’m just taking a break and want to monetize what I have.

If you’ve ever looked at working with an agency, you know 20k cold for $200 is one hell of a deal, even if you do some of the legwork yourself.

Who this is for
People who dabbled in cold email and got nothing. People scared of dropping thousands just to learn their offer sucks. Cheap test before you sink time and money into infra or an agency.

Who I won’t take
If your industry overlaps with mine, I can’t help you. Most people you’d want to reach, I’ve probably already hit. That is not fair to you. Same people, same offer, my stack — your results will be a lot worse than mine. I won’t say what my business is, but DM me yours and I’ll tell you if we’re after the same people.

Also people with zero knowledge of lead scraping or cold email in general. Too much hand-holding. That’s not what this is.

What you get

• Send time depends on your leads, offer, industry, and how many people I take. I’ll do my best to get all 20k out in under a month. Realistically a week or two
• Replies go straight to YOUR Gmail inbox, you handle the rest. I filter out auto-replies, out of office, unsubscribe requests, etc. so you only get human replies
• Strictly based on my offer and my target, 20k cold gets me about 40 positive replies. Once again, yours might be better or worse. Look at all my screenshots. They add a ton of value and set your expectations. Don’t ask me to track open rates. Bullshit metric. Anyone serious about cold email knows not to trust it
• General guidelines on sending cold and what not to do. Not consulting. If you don’t know how to scrape leads or what to offer, this isn’t for you

What I need from you

• Your leads. If I already have a list for your industry, I can help. Mostly personal Gmail addresses? I can send, but expect really shitty results. I HIGHLY suggest business domain email addresses only
• Max 10k leads. Why 10k when I’m sending 20k? Because I always run a 2-sequence campaign minimum. First email, then a second 1–3 days later. A lot of replies come off the second email. I won’t do 3 sequences, not risking spam reports. Exception: send me 3k super quality leads with an awesome offer and I may run 3 sequences. My discretion. I have to feel your offer has real value, which drops spam reports quite a bit
• I re-verify every list, even if you say it’s verified
• I’m cleaning the shit out of whatever you send. Give me 10k and only 6k are safe, I’m only sending 6k. I’ll show you the verification results. Best move: clean them yourself — MillionVerifier to save a few bucks for nearly the same result, ZeroBounce if you’ve got the budget. Send 10k ZeroBounce-clean and you’ll probably get all 10k out, since that’s what I use for grade A leads. Not fucking up my infra for bad leads
• Your offer and script. I’ll spintax it, strip spammy words, and give general guidelines, but you need to put in the time to write your best offer in the shortest email possible with the fewest words. Tons of guides out there on writing cold emails

What you don’t get

• Me teaching you how it’s built. No. Thousands of dollars, months of testing. Not a post, not a call, not a course
• A promise it converts. My screenshots are my offer to my market. Yours might suck and all you get is unsubscribes. Might be the best offer out there and pull 10% positive. You might suck at closing and convert nobody. I send the cold. That’s it
• Don’t ask my conversion rate. Irrelevant. I’m fucking awesome on the phone and better in person. No, you won’t close shit over email, it’s sales skills at the end regardless. If I have to fly out or drive 3 hours to meet a client, I do it. People I meet in person (and I really pick and choose who I meet), I close about 1 in 2. My conversion isn’t yours. You might be the best salesperson alive and close every positive reply. Once again, asking my conversion rate is dumb and makes no sense
• Answers to stupid questions. How much does my stack cost a month? How much do I make off my offers? Irrelevant to what I’m offering. Real questions that actually matter to what I’m helping you with, I’ll do my best to answer

My stack
EmailBison + PlusVibe, some Smartlead. Outlook, Google, SMTP mixed. Custom CRM for replies. 10k/day if I push, I keep it under 5k because inboxes and domains seem to last longer. Not science, gut call after months of burning domains. Could be superstition.

The only refund: if every domain and inbox I have burns at the exact same time and all your emails land in spam. Doubt it, that’s why my infra is so diversified. But if Lord Google and Microsoft somehow block everything on the same day, I prorate what’s been sent and refund the rest. Once again, not going to happen, but who knows.
