Do not try it unless you have ever wanted to know or imagined/fantasised what a spoiled energy drink tastes like.

I don't really feel much when I drink 250 ml energy drinks, but I drink the 500 ml Monster ones with 160 mg of caffeine. I hope it won't harm me. If I drink just one single can every day, I shouldn't have any issues, right? Everyone tells me, 'Why do you drink energy drinks? They are so bad for you,' and so on, but Monster is a whole different story for me. I mean, I don't smoke, I don't drink alcohol, so let this be my only bad habit. It did cause me a bit of anxiety and heart palpitations, though...

Anyone else mixed these before working out?

Ok good morning yall im not sure who the tren twins are so im gonna look them up. Ok so they’re those roided up dudes on Instagram and the “tren” in tren twins was actually what i thought it was. Ok then. I always forget that a lot of these energy drink brands also make workout supplements too so sometimes I’ll see like a ghost protein bar or something and be like wtf. Ok let’s get onto the taste. This tastes like those ICEE squeeze candies man. Wow I actually can’t believe I just remembered those but this drink hit me with a nostalgia feeling like that scene in ratito… wait I can’t spell it… rattitooi… ratitoui… ratittoui… I just had to look it up and I was nowhere close lol. It’s like that scene in ratatouille (yeah no way I was getting that) where that food critic tries that dish that people commonly refer to as ratatouille and has this visceral flashback to him as a child. Not that those ICEE squeezes were my favorite candy but I just remember trying one and for the first time I was like ok maybe too much sugar is a bad thing. This drink is very sour and really coats the whole surface of your mouth. The taste finds its way into crevices I’ve never addressed before and the flavor itself doesn’t mask much. The flavor turns into more of a texture after 1 second and the drink becomes something you kind of have to tell yourself to swallow. Idk if that makes sense but swallowing doesn’t feel intuitive with this. Maybe it’s just your brain going “dude what the hell are you drinking right now.” I can’t say I hate it and I can’t say I like it. To be honest I can’t form much of an opinion on this because it’s just not normal. It’s a bit more of an experience than a drink and I’m not saying that in a positive or negative way. It’s hard to imagine the… oh my god I just took a big sip and had to stop typing cus it just hit me so hard… but it’s hard to imagine the tren twins drinking this and doing reps. Actually idk cus I don’t know those guys and only found out who they were like 5 minutes ago. Yeah I don’t know man now my stomach hurts and my mouth is in a state where if I drank water I may throw up.

If you drink it fast it has a good Fruit Loop taste. I expected it to taste more like protein powder mixed with water. I added the * Because if you leave it out or don't drink it quickly it does taste just like Bran or something weird.

12 ounces with 38g of sugar and 114mg of caffeine.

I don't care for the original Red Bull's medicinal taste/aftertaste, but I like the ones that don't have that kind of taste. Unfortunately, this drink does have that taste to it, so I didn't care for it that much. I also just couldn't find hardly any actual watermelon flavor, so it was overall pretty disappointing.

EDIT: upon actually tasting the vanilla, I am actually more disappointed. This sucks. The vanilla tastes like it doesn’t belong. Trash/10.

When you travel, do you try all the local energy drinks? I had so much HELL in Greece. This was my fourth Lilikoi Lychee so far in Hawaii.

It doesn’t taste like the energy drink duh but it taste pretty good. At least good enough for me and it has the caffeine. The beta alanine. Etc so it’s beneficial for me
