Moderator Post TES 6 Speculation Megathread
It is highly recommended that suggestions, wishlists, questions, speculation, and leaks for the next main series Elder Scrolls game go here. Threads about TES6 outside of this one will be removed depending on moderator discretion, with the exception of official news from Bethesda or Zenimax studios.
As of now, there is currently no confirmed info on the Elder Scrolls VI other than it exists and is currently being worked on by Bethesda. Be cautious of any rumors being delivered as if they are factual.

Self-Promotion OpenMW-Web 1.6.2: Morrowind in a browser, now with multiplayer in alpha and admin dashboard built in
Hey all. I posted OpenMW-Web here back around 1.1, when it was mostly "OpenMW running in a browser tab." It still is, nothing to install, but there's a lot more around it now.
The biggest addition is an admin dashboard for hosting your own server, and for this sub the mod manager is probably the interesting part. You upload a .zip or .7z, tick which parts to install, and drag the load order. It shows you which mod overwrites which, and it flags a missing master before you load into a black screen. Tamriel Rebuilt has its own setup step that checks you've got the release it expects. The rest of the dashboard covers accounts with their characters and saves, who's online, server load, kicks and bans, logs, and updates with one click. No config files.
Multiplayer has also moved out of the experimental flag and into alpha, so a group can play one load order together in a shared world that runs on the server. The last few releases fixed a lot (teleporting enemies, rubber-banding, spells not landing for everyone, restarts kicking people), and 1.6.2 stops new areas freezing while they load.
It's alpha, so there are bugs, and mod compatibility is the part I know least about. If you want to help:
- Play on our community test server (UAT): https://morrowind.virtastic.app
- Grab an invite code in the Discord, and tell us what breaks: https://discord.gg/PzFfDkbSue
- Source and changelog: https://github.com/Virtastic/openmw-web

Arts/Crafts A black and white sketch of my main character Evelyn
galleryDrawing commissioned on Fiverr by -Anton-
Name: Evelyn Dessele
Race: Breton
Origin: Evermore, High Rock
Class / Build: Witch (Illusion, Conjuration, Alchemy)
Alignment: Vengeful, solitary, good
Current Home: Morthal Marshes
Story:
Evelyn Dessele was born in Evermore, High Rock, in 4E 177, to Breton parents of the noble House Dessele.
Her childhood ended abruptly at the age of five, when a group of Imperial soldiers arrived at her family's estate. For reasons that were never explained to her, her parents were arrested and taken away to be put on trial. Amid the chaos of that night, Evelyn managed to escape. Chased by the soldiers, she became lost in the forests between High Rock and Skyrim, where she was eventually found by an old woman who chose to raise her as her own daughter.
Over the years, the woman taught Evelyn the foundations of magic: illusion spells, the cra of powerful potions, and basic arcanetechniques. As Evelyn grew older, she began to harbor a deep desire for revenge against the Empire for what had been done to her parents. The old woman always tried to restrain that hatred, encouraging Evelyn to seek knowledge rather than anger.
At the age of twenty-three, her mentor passed away. After honoring her properly, Evelyn chose to deepen her studies of magic, focusing especially on conjuration. Not long after, she noticed an Imperial camp near the forest where she lived. Believing the time for vengeance had come, she prepared several potions and launched a surprise attack. Within less than an hour, nothing remained of the camp but ashes and flames.
A year later, at twenty-four, Evelyn was discovered by other Imperial soldiers and forced to flee toward Skyrim. Her original plan was to cross the province and reach Morrowind, but near Ivarstead she encountered a group of Stormcloaks. She kept her distance, hoping not to draw attention. However, an Imperial ambush struck the group, and seeing Evelyn nearby, the soldiers assumed she was one of them. She was arrested and placed on a cart bound for Helgen, where she was to be executed alongside Ulfric Stormcloak.
The rest is well-known history.
After discovering she was Dragonborn and defeating Alduin, saving Skyrim from destruction, Evelyn devoted herself to studying ancient books and arcane texts, especially the Elder Scrolls. In the marshes of Morthal, she found an old abandoned house and decided to make it her home. Always a solitary soul, she began a new life of isolation, study, and mastery of increasingly powerful magic.
Only later did she turn her attention to the civil war. Remembering what the Empire had taken from her as a child, Evelyn chose to side with Ulfric and the Stormcloaks. Her magic proved decisive in many battles, helping to liberate Skyrim. With the fall of Imperial control over the province, Evelyn finally claimed her vengeance - not only for herself, but for the past that had been stolen from her.

Lore Bosmer with horns
A few years ago, during the LARP on TES, one of my friends picked the role of Clavicus Vile, but pretended to everyone else that he is just a bosmer with a dog. Clavicus definitely has horns, but what about the wood elves?
So, I tried to check the sources myself and found out that in TES III: Morrowind you could see small horns for all the Bosmer characters, both male and female, and that's quite fun. Also bosmer horns are a customazible option in ESO.
Do you think, would this detail fit their look in TES IV and V? Share your opinion in the comments!
By the way, this is artists OC named Sylendra, and the art is made by Mythicalpalette.

ESO Discussion What ESO addons do you guys love and recommend for new players?
I'm thinking about getting into ESO and was curious what addons you guys use and would recommend! I'm pretty new to the game, so I'd love to hear what you veterans consider must-haves or just addons you personally love using and make the experience just that much better.
Could be anything from questing and exploration to inventory management, crafting, combat, or general quality-of-life stuff. I'm not looking to install a ton of addons right away, just curious which ones you genuinely find useful and why.
What are the addons that made you think "I wish I'd known about this sooner" when you first started playing? :)

Humour Serana Got Mad At Me
I don’t know if anyone else will find this funny, but I was playing the Dawnguard dlc and I went towards a waterfall and Serana said something like “Don’t get too close.” And then I fell in sending me all the way to the beginning of the dungeon.
Her response was “I told you. Next time I say don’t jump over a water fall, don’t!” Which I found very amusing and enjoyed that she actually reacted to what I did

The Elder Scrolls 6 What does everyone suspect M'aiq will have to say once we're finally in the Iliac Bay again?
Here's some lines I came up with myself.
"M'aiq is glad to see new lands. He has spent many summers wandering the same few places." (Obvious)
"M'aiq has heard that the Khajiit have stopped telling fables. This is a great loss." (Lamenting the closure of Lionhead. A bit of a callback to his old line about never finding a good fable.)
"M'aiq once saw a Nord try to climb a mountain with a horse in tow. It did not end well for either of them." (Horse climb glitch, duh.)
"M'aiq has heard the giants of Skyrim aspire to walk on the stars some day. He has visited, they are not very interesting." (Referencing the giant space program and a jab at Starfield.)
"M'aiq misses the time when he first saw the north. Many of the children there are now seasoned kings." (Referencing how now a lot of the devs are people who grew up playing Skyrim, and of course relating to nostalgia.)
"M'aiq once tried to sing to his sword. It did not do very much. He does not know why Redguards get so invested in the art." (Referencing sword-singing, duh.)
"M'aiq's feet are tired. He will rest soon at his father's home." (On the offchance Todd decides to retire a year or two after the release.)
"M'aiq is glad to see new practitioners of the old ways. Those arts of combat and magic were nearly lost." (Alternatively) "M'aiq does not know why everyone is so obsessed with the old ways. They are gone for a reason." (Referencing the return/continued absence of systems like unarmed combat, spellcrafting, weapons like spears, or the school of mysticism)
"M'aiq saw dragons in Skyrim. Now everyone says they are gone, but M'aiq knows they are all around, just very sneaky." (Continuing a running gag.)
"M'aiq hopes you get to see his next adventure. He has lost many friends in his time." (It's been a while. People have lived and died without seeing this next entry. RIP Camelworks by the way.)
"M'aiq is glad that business in Skyrim is finally dealt with. It was getting repetitive." (ANOTHER RERELEASE OF SKYRIM!!!)
"M'aiq once spent many years in the snow. He has many good memories there." (Another obvious one.)
"M'aiq has traveled alongside many in his age. Though the people these days are so much more interesting." (Say what you will about the direction of Bethesda, but one thing they're pretty much always improving on is the companion system.)
"M'aiq had a horse stolen twice in Skyrim!" (Two GTAs released between Skyrim and TESVI.)
"The world feels so much bigger these days. Or maybe it is smaller. M'aiq is not sure." (TESVI is 100% going to have a bigger map than Skyrim. But it's also 100% going to have a smaller map than Daggerfall.)
"M'aiq's father once told him that everything in this world works as it should. M'aiq has his doubts about that." (Obvious.)
"Adventurers are so lazy now. They never walk anywhere themselves." (Referencing the pervasiveness of fast travel in modern games.)
"M'aiq once tried to get his portrait done. It took seveteen times for the painter to get the details right. M'aiq has a discerning eye." (SEVENTEEN TIMES THE DETAIL!)

Self-Promotion Open Commision - Zealous Dancer (by me)
The sun hangs low upon the horizon, the ash-filled air keeps on assaulting your lungs. Hiding from the harsh environment, you suddenly find a large monument. An ancient stronghold made of stone.
You peer inside, the place seems abandoned. The smell of mossy stones and stagnant air. Much better than inhaling ash.
The lower you go, you realize something about the air. The smell drifts slowly from mossy and damp into faint scent of incense and iron rich blood. "Ritual", such word echoes within your mind.
After walking through several levels down, you find someone. Or maybe, something? The movements are fluid, seductive, yet with a heavy hint of madness. "Dagoth rises, the sleepers awake". The dancing figure keeps on repeating the mantra. At least she doesn't appear to be hostile. Though no matter what you do or say, she doesn't change her rhythm, as if she couldn't perceive your very presence
