I was not expecting quail eggs that to have that look for the shell. It was off putting a bit for me because it resembles a dinosaur egg , a microsized version lol but anyways, it's also not as simple to crack it than a chicken egg. It's more expensive as well even though the eggs are smaller. I would not invest in it regularly. I'll stick to chicken eggs because this is equivalent to 3 eggs from a hen and like how I don't have any issues with cracking those type of eggs instead of using a knife to

Late night snack, shirred eggs with dill and chives. S/P, paprika and fresh grated parm with toast soldiers that have blueberry jalapeño jam!
