Today is Hambone's birthday! I try to make him a dog friendly cake every year (some combo of flour, apple sauce, xylitol free peanut butter, shredded carrots, and eggs with a sweet potato and peanut butter "frosting"). This year I made it with Japanese sweet potato and added a boiled carrot in. The carrot kind of made flecks so it looked like a doggie confetti cake. Confetti cake is my favorite so was pleased how it turned out.

I love you Hambone! You'll always be my puppy forever.

Pippin has officially made it from Texas and my gosh he is the sweetest boy in the whole wide world. Sunday night after his post road trip bath he wanted nothing more than to sleep in my bed and get cuddled 24/7.

He is still learning how to play (toys and balls are a little confusing) but he had zoomies for the first time the other day and what were they about? Our leaf piles!! So happy fall from him, and thanks for all the well wishes for us on my other posts about him.

Now that he's mine FOREVERRRR 😈 expect to see more pictures of him too!!

This is my first experience as a dog owner. I never grew up with or around dogs or any type of pet. This has been such an amazing experience and I am so thankful for this little guy everyday

Love him to death even though he drives me crazy sometimes. He is the BIGGEST goofball I have ever seen. Never fails to make me laugh. Hope some of you might get a smile or a giggle out of some of these pictures as well.
