Can anyone in Sacramento help!
galleryMy mother is a miniature artist whose recent work is a miniature cabin, house, and train (not shown in pictures), is currently featured in the temporary Operation Wetback Exhibit at the California Museum in Sacramento.
Because we live on the East Coast, we can't visit the exhibit in person, and unfortunately, we haven't been able to get photos from the museum directly. If anyone living in or visiting the Sacramento area happens to stop by the museum, could you please take a few photos of her artwork and send them my way?
It would mean the world to our family to see her work on display. Thank you

Tutorial Fujiwara Tofu Shop 1/64 Scratch-built Diorama WIP — From cardboard box to Akina legend!
Hey everyone! Sharing my latest 1/64 scale diorama project: the iconic Fujiwara Tofu Shop from Initial D.
I built the entire structure from scratch using cardboard, papercraft, and hand-painted details (swipe/scroll to check out the build process!). The scene features my 1/64 scale JDM collection lined up right outside the shop.
Still working on a few final details, but let me know what you think!

WWI diorama Propaganda machine
A dio I've finished recently, aiming to expose the double-faced nature of the war. Holds the Meng RR armored car kit, figures from Masterbox and Bronco. Building some generic xps foam kit heavily modified.

1:12 (insanity) Hi, I made a dragon ball chill shelf 😄
I'm sorry if this doesn't count as a diorama but I thought I'd share with you anyway 😊😊

Question What makes a miniature scene feel real instead of too clean?
I keep staring at finished miniature scenes, and the ones that fool my eye for a second are rarely the neatest. Perfect little walls and furniture can still scream “model” to me, while a slightly uneven floor, tiny scuffs, shadows, or clutter can suddenly make the whole thing feel like a real place. But there’s also a point where the weathering starts to look forced. For people who build these a lot, what detail usually makes the biggest difference between “nice miniature” and “wait, that’s tiny?”
