Helicopter dioramas.
Taken from images on Google. I was looking to make a diorama for a couple of helicopters I've built and I think this is amazing but unfortunately due to living conditions I would not have the space for something on this scale . But it is amazing what can be done with a little know how ....

Completed X-Men diorama
Diorama using C27 Studios (https://c27-studios.com/) alternatives to MCP. Still need to make a little plaque for it, but overall I am pretty happy.

First 1/35 dirt road base: did I go too heavy on the texture?
This is my first proper terrain base for a 1/35 build. I’m going for a rutted dirt track beside a broken wooden fence.
I carved the slope from insulation foam, then used a cordless hoto glue gun to tack the balsa posts and cork bark in place while I worked at the desk. The texture paste went on thicker than meant to, especially on the raised ground between the ruts. It looks like churned-up dirt now, but I’m worried those ridges will look oversized once prime it.
I was planning dark earth tones, a little wet gloss in the ruts, and static grass on the higher side. Would you knock some of the texture back before priming, or leave it and let the paint do the work?

The Nightmare before Christmas
For this Halloween, I decided to make Oogie Boogie. But I just can't help myself and HAVE to make something unique.
Maybe a casino that lights up in UV?
Yes to that!
Here's some pictures of the build.
Hope you like it!

WIP First timer here. Evil Dead inspired abandoned roadside shack.
I’ve really enjoyed building this but don’t really have any desire nor the space to keep it lol. What do you end up doing with your builds?

My wife and I started getting into these a few weeks ago. And we instantly fell in love doing photography for our little toy shop. I haven't touched a paintbrush in over 10 years, and so I wanted to start off slow with an idea in my mind. This is all new territory for me. More in the comments.

Question Is there a calm way to spend the first hour with one of these tiny house kits?
I opened a rolife miniature house kit and immediately understood why people say not to start gluing right away. There are wood sheets, paper pieces, tiny plastic bits, wiring, bags inside bags, and instructions that make sense but still call for a deep breath. For people who know how to start one step by step, what do you actually do first? Sort every piece, label the parts, dry-fit the walls, test the lights, or onl

Question Skate park base?
I wanted to throw out this piece of styrofoam.. but it looked like a nice base for a skate park diorama.
I never made dioramas before. Could anyone help me in which materials to use, so they keep the styrofoam firm and not destroy it? And a couple other useful tips if you have them. Thanks in advance!
