Anhedonia is one of the two core symptoms of major depressive disorder, the other being low or flat mood.

I have got severe blunting effect and more anhedonic symptoms with both Sertraline (a SSRI), adjunct Aripiprazole (antipsychotic), and now Venlafaxine (a SNRI). Although Venlafaxine got rid of my low mood and crying at the drop of a hat, other issues along with blunting and anhedonia still persist.

Which drug worked for you? Also, how many did you fail before that?
