MOD POST r/creepy is now open for promotions of selected Mod approved content!
Over the years, we’ve received numerous modmail requests from creators and teams interested in sharing their work with the r/creepy community.
We’re now opening the subreddit to select promotional content related to the horror, creepy, dark, and unsettling genres.
This is intended to provide an opportunity for artists, filmmakers, game developers, writers, creators, studios, and other horror-focused projects to introduce their work to a community that is genuinely interested in the genre.
If you’re interested in promoting or showcasing your project, please send us a modmail with some information about the content and what you would like to share. The moderators will review the proposal and discuss with you how we can move forward while keeping the content appropriate for the community.
We’re looking forward to seeing what the horror community has been creating. 🖤

The dark art of Emil Melmoth: Bizarre and terrifying sculptures NSFW
galleryMexican contemporary artist Emil Melmoth creates uncanny, hyper-realistic sculptures that look like surreal specimens straight out of a 19th-century medical museum.
Blending dark baroque aesthetics with Mexican death culture, Catholic iconography, and medical anatomy, his hand-sculpted works explore universal human anxieties surrounding mortality, faith, and bodily decay.
Using epoxy clay, varnished wood, and metal, Melmoth completely handcrafts these macabre figures without using molds—featuring tropes like bleeding hearts, crucifixions, and mutated anatomical structures.
Instead of disrespecting sacred beliefs, he views his creations as philosophical essays on human psychology, belief systems, and the inevitable fear of death.
His sculptures have been exhibited in iconic dark art venues such as the Last Rites Gallery in New York and the Beinart Gallery.
