So I heard by others that my cpu is a good budget cpu. Its max boost is 4.3GHz and apparently it has good single core. I do not know if these are true so I need someone to verify that the i3-12100F has these attributes.

This has been an issue of mine for weeks, usually when I'm playing something or using my pc for workloads. Im scared this cooked my cpu, tested ram tested psu. Im thinking its a cpu issue not sure tho

Hello guys I'm having a problem on my pc when I play a game and I show the benchmark It shows me my CPU's temp is 80 and the usage is 100 and my fps drops and I'm laging but after opening the task manger the temp goes down and the the usage is going to down to and my fps is going high and good no drops no lag

My specs is

R5 5600

16gb ram

Rx 570

I go more in depth in the original post, is it possible for the 8700f to be bottlenecking with a 5060ti 16gb playing at 1440p?

I was doing a deep dive on how CPUs work as I am currently messing around a bit with x86_64 Assembly so I looked at the die map of a modern CPU, the one in the image is an AMD Zen 5 Core and I had trouble finding info online on what the CPL, FADD + FMAC and Load/Store Sections/Areas actually do. FADD + FMAC I assume are FPUs? Not sure though. Are the FADD + FMAC sections next to these huge vector register files because those contain these weird 256 bit float registers for AVX, FMA or SSE and stuff?

But idk, hoping someone smart can explain.

Though I am not thaaat dumb, I know a little bit of C and Assembly so some knowledge I already have, as I also more or less know what all the other sections do.

I'm using a Ryzen 5 5600 with an RX 9060 XT 16GB and getting bad stuttering and CPU bottlenecks, especially in Tokyo in Forza Horizon 6.

Would upgrading to a Ryzen 7 5700X make a noticeable difference in FPS and 1% lows, or is the performance gain too small to be worth it?

I also have 16GB DDR4 2666MHz RAM. Would upgrading to 32GB or faster RAM help more?
