Do you know where I can watch the documentary in Cork or around?
The Minister for Health says Cork is recruiting far more than other hospitals and still can't get it's trolley numbers down.
Has anyone knowledge of the situation and can say what is happening there?

It’s raining buckets. There’s an orange warning. There’s puddles and pools of water on the roads. Please drive slow.
Some of us are dressed up, on our way to town. Some of us are returning from work. My brothers and sisters in Christ or whoever you find holy or unholy, please slow down.
There’s no need to speed and spray water on to pedestrians on the footpaths. I don’t think slowing down in this rain is going to get you late to whatever you’re heading to.
The missus and I were hit by the spray of at least 4 cars this evening. By the quays in the city centre. In this rain, it’s not like we can tilt our umbrellas to the side to save our clothes!
Drive safe. Stay safe. Be kind.

Just out of the Elysian car park (the one connected to Aldi) after a 45 minute stay. Tapped my card on the way out and thought I was paying €2.40. Just happened to look at my credit card statement and saw it was actually €24!
Posting this here in case it's a glitch that affected anyone else. Might want to check your balance if you paid for parking there today.

Hey guys, I'm looking for a karaoke night somewhere in the city. Not the mardyke as we need a group for that. Just want to show up, get drunk and sing. Are there any karaoke events?Google is useless.

Obviously not the correct price (€83.06 for a rotisserie chicken in SuperValu has to be a mislabeling issue) but I thought this was funny.

Three times this week(including tonight) while driving home I’ve come across cyclists with no lights or high vis clothing, this was in light up city streets and in unlit 80km/h country roads
As a driver I do my best to give safe distance to cyclists and I have no issue with sharing the road as I cycle myself as a hobby but on nights like tonight not having lights, high vis clothing and wearing all black cloths is asking for trouble.

Hi all, I'm delighted that I'm eligible for an external wrap and a solar panel system on the warmer homes scheme. However I'm wondering what contractors are used in Cork City, I know seai just assign a contractor. Does anyone have experience with this scheme in Cork and can you share experiences of the contractor involved?

Traffic from Donnybrook through Frankfield seems a lot worse this year (where isn't you ask) but I am curious if this is just the way it is or are people avoiding the M28 works by using the backroad into Donnybrook and then via Grange to the South Link.

What pubs would be showing the PDC European championship, it’s on ITV. I know there’s premier league on tonight and obviously jazz weekend. Would there be anywhere showing the darts

Good evening.
I know I could do my own research but looking for lived experiences.
I am a 35 male, who was recently told by my doctor unless I cop on, I'll have a stroke or heart attack by 50.
Have never been the gym going kind, was never self motivated enough to do my own working out.
So with that in mind I'm looking for a gym that; does a good mixture of classes (cardio and strength), will take on newbies and push you on in classes (more weights, longer runs, etc.) over time.
Any suggestions would be hugely appreciated.
Edit: Should have added living in Glanmire, but have no problem traveling around to a gym that suits.

Several seats (counted at least 10) on a 208 bus covered in writing and doodles with some kind of white marker. Why do people feel like this is okay to do?.. I keep seeing this kind of mildly frustrating lack of social responsibility around so often lately and it just makes me sad atp

I'd say the bais will be in a mad rush to start the demolition with the upcoming storm unless they'll have to delay it but hopefully not.

Anyone else worried that flights will be cancelled or delayed tomorrow? I’ve an early one tomorrow morning and just received a text saying it might be delayed. It’s treacherous out there to be fair.

4 youths setting off loud bangers outside on the main road by applegreen hollyhill. Thought they were fireworks, but couldn't see a flash. Could see smoke and red lights.
I'm in bed trying to get an early night's sleep. Don't want to call the garda cause they'll just run as soon as they turn up. What's the point?
So sick of the level of scumbags around cork.

I’m doing an art project and I’m looking to collect some broken/discarded umbrellas after this bad weather. Where do you notice them most?

Earlier this evening I was on Grand Parade and there was a man laughing hysterically and running after people, kinda looked like he was mentally ill/under the influence of something. I was sitting in my car watching him for a while when he suddenly pulled out this huge fuck ass kitchen knife from his bag and started waving it around and laughing. I immediately rang 999 and reported it as I watched him dive for people with the knife in his hand. I thought this sort of call would initiate a big enough Garda response and quick, however 30 minutes later one squad car pulled up and by then the guy had disappeared. (I was not going to follow him, I have a description of him to the call operator). The fact that they took so long to respond has actually made me so pissed. What if he seriously harmed someone? I mean 30 minutes? We have two stations in the city aswell. Absolute embarassment
