Dinner with an exec/friend at a large national property management company tonight. This person oversees ~150k apartments; access to an insane amount of data.

Current multifamily market in most of the country is worse than S&L, .com bust, or the GFC. Worst they’ve seen.

Class A mostly fine, decent rent growth. However:
- credit scores at class A have gone down meaningfully over the past 3 years.
- more people are paying rent via credit card.
- average bank account balance noticeably lower than even 2 years ago
- class A tenants stretched thin, living beyond their means. 20k comes in, 20k goes out every month.
- starting to see these renters move down a tier

Class B:
- simply too many apartments, we built too much new stuff. Ripple effect is enormous.
- fewer renters tomorrow than today. Same store foot traffic noticeably down year over year. Some markets down 40-50%
- considering dropping rents below $700 a month on some 1beds in major southern markets.

Class C:
- looking at degrading NOI. Rents aren’t growing for a long time, but expenses keep creeping up
- more renters are one missed paycheck away from disaster than they can remember seeing in decades
- tenants aren’t paying rent because they simply don’t have it
- wage growth has not kept up

Lenders:
- some major investment funds, household names, haven’t paid their mortgages in 2-3 years. Banks won’t foreclose because “X is a big client.” Mexican standoff.
- a roof leak gets ignored, becomes water damage, then mold, then a down building. Buildings are rapidly deteriorating as some owners choose cash preservation over funding losses.
- number of pre-foreclosure and REO deals is the highest as a % of total units they can recall.
- data providers know it’s bad, but they’re paid to sell optimism to owners/lenders. So every forecast is “it will probably get a little better next year maybe” and that gets regurgitated at investment committees all over.

I asked “how do you think this ends?”

The documentary is on Prime and is called "End Time Prophecy of the Popes". It's quite interesting and I was wondering if anyone has any input on it?

Remember back in 2022 when Kanye West posted those messages from his trainer Harley Pasternak? Those screenshots were wild.

I remember wondering how a personal trainer could seemingly have that kind of influence over someone as famous and powerful as Kanye.

So I started digging into Pasternak's background. I came across his connections to the Canadian military and research associated with the field of psychology, which sent me down a rabbit hole involving MKUltra.

The deeper I looked, the more I started wondering whether there's more to the role certain people play in the lives of celebrities than we normally think.

It made me think about the possibility of “handlers” people who might have influence over celebrities behind the scenes, far beyond what the public sees.

Who do you suspect might be a handler in the entertainment industry, and what makes you suspicious? I'm curious to hear what others have found.

I've been digging into FOIA releases and denials about ARMY LTC Michael Aquino (Military PSYWAR creator, theistic satanic cult co-founder, the 1988-89 Presidio child sexual abuse case that got tossed on a statute of limitations technicality) and stumbled across a FOIA release at the Obama Presidential Library titled "Records Related to US Army Lieutenant Colonel Michael Aquino" (Case 23-43702-F)"

The main release is a 485MB zip file, but it fails to download at approximately the 160MB mark every single time. I tried a few ways to grab it and got a partial decode giving me 66 of 86 emails supposedly included as a part of this release.

The finding aid says it should have 86 total assets across 5 categories:

• Email_Other: 1 asset, 1 released in full
• Email_Presidential: 73 assets, 60 withheld in full, 13 withheld in part
• CEA: 4 assets, 4 withheld in full
• OA: 2 assets, 2 withheld in full
• WHO: 6 assets, 6 withheld in full

I extracted all the .eml files I could and read through them, most of them seem to be We The People petition related emails, but regardless of it saying withheld in part, the bodies of every email I was able to extract are withheld. I only found one mention of Aquino in a targeted individual document even though they were released in connection to him so any connecting information must be in the missing email bodies.

There's 6 emails where only the subject and the metadata can be seen that seem unrelated to petitions.

• "Potential Threat - Nina Sidorova" (Mar 2013) - White House staff forwarding an email to the USSS electronic threat mailbox. The body (which I found separately) is a long "targeted individual" document about microwave weapons, Mossad, fusion centers, and a "Holocaust of US Civilians."

• "ISIS #1 COMMANDER, 'RETIRED' GENERAL PAUL E. VALLELY" (Mar 2016) - From a guy named "Brian Charles," sent to a mass distribution list including the President, the Supreme Court, the AG, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Governor of Wisconsin, the email was marked "Withheld In Part" but the body is still a withdrawal sheet with no additional info. The "part" that was released is just the recipient list. According to a search, he has since been arrested, suspiciously pivoting from claiming an ISIS link to TPUSA advisor, Qanon agitator, PSYWAR co-founder, ARMY Maj. Gen. Paul Vallely to threats of Jewish organizations.

• "Fwd: Attached are photos exposing the truth about JFK's assassination. Everyone should know who did it and why." (Jul 2015) - Sent from an email "cpalm" to a massive list of defense contractor and government email addresses. This is the only email in the entire collection with national security withholding citations instead of just personal privacy, 50 USC 3024(m)(1), 10 USC 130b, 10 USC 424, 50 USC 3605. Those are NSA and military intelligence statutes for withholding classified materials. The attachment is marked "Unreadable." So someone attached actual classified or sensitive intelligence material to a JFK conspiracy email, it got archived on the White House network, and it's the only document in the collection that seems to have triggered a national security exemption rather than a privacy one.

• "Les gouvernements marionnettes" (Jun 2014) - From "philippe gilis" to a Suez employee, with the White House scheduling office in BCC. French for "puppet governments." Marked "Withheld In Part." Containing a book titled "Bloodlines of the Illuminati" as an attachment.

• "Research Material and Survival Information for Targets" (multiple dates, 2013-2016) - From "Edmund Igberaese," sent to himself with BCC to a White House address. TI-related.

• "RE: IPEC Functional Mailbox Security Concerns" (Dec 2015) - Internal OMB email about mailbox security. Marked "Unreadable attachments."

Most of the files are withheld as P5/P6/b(6), which are real exemptions. The release is technically compliant, but practically, a non-answer. The FOIA asked about a specific person and got 86 emails where every body is a withdrawal sheet, no header mentions the person, and the collection is 90% routine petition processing. The only way to know what these emails actually say about Aquino is to read the unredacted originals, which is what the privacy exemption is preventing.

Hopefully they will fix the presidential archive website so the full file can be downloaded but I wanted to documented what could be retrieved for now. From this, I'm mostly curious as to why an email containing and withheld for classified info about the JFK assassination showed up in a FOIA request about Aquino. The others seem more like disparate connections made by targeted individuals including info about Aquino given his connection to trauma based mind control programs.

I remember when nearly every post was about Epstein and the most abominable and appalling stuff from the files, and now it’s just so silent like everybody packed up their bags and went onto the next news topic because of the Iran war. There‘s still parts that should be addressed and no full closure. We are screwed

Starting 10/28/2026 you can’t do this, or even access your existing accounts, without using a non government company as an intermediary. That 3rd party company is called IDme. In their rules (you must agree to) there is actually a clause saying they can shut down your account for any reason, or no reason. You read that right – any reason, or no reason!

Or how about this privacy invasion. In order to access your account, you now need, among other required identification, a video selfie!

I wanted to ask, why is it that it seems that some people can't handle it when you start to prove stuff like conspiracies and other topics like religion to them. Instead of seeing the truth or to see with a different lens or mindset, the kind of shut down or glitch out. They can't stop living in the lie they live in. It's gonna be a huge problem for everyone if anything world changing happens. Is there anyway to fix these people?
