I’m cleaning out a ton of my son’s old items. Legos and toys and stuff. This is ALL WITH HIS PERMISSION.

Idk if I should separate out the Lego pieces or if people who collect Legos would appreciate having some of the extra goodies as well? Please share advice on how you would go about getting rid of these please and thank you

It was like an entire army tank with a lot of really neat pieces. I will eventually be able to find them I’m sure.

So I picked up this Gingerbread House Building Set, and I honestly didn't expect to enjoy it this much.

It's a 24-day Christmas countdown building set — 24 little boxes, and you genuinely have no idea what's inside until you open them. Each box comes with its own separate instruction, so it's super easy to follow. One box a day, slowly building toward Christmas.

And the details are adorable — there's a Christmas train, a Christmas tree, gingerbread figures, and Santa himself... Oh, and it has LED lights — the gingerbread house glows at night.

Downsides? Haven't found one yet, haha, bc the price is genuinely great.

Anyone else doing a countdown build? Would love to hear what you're building!

Finally have a little bit of time to finish the jaaaaagggg !! And damn …. Was not difficult I noticed the bags have a little bit of information who helped me a lot , but still toke me 8h to build !!! Is not perfect and some bricks as a little bit lose but is one less problem… now is focus on the koinesegg …

Just finished the Dinosaur Fossil Flower Building Set and honestly loved it. Super easy to put together — the instructions were excellent. The mix of dino skeleton with flowers and vines woven through looks gorgeous, and the LED light makes it perfect as a Halloween decoration at night.

Now I'm hooked — any other Halloween-themed brick sets you'd recommend? Thanks!

Like the title says. Looking for a decent set for a Subaru WRX STI. Google search only turned up the one by Cobi, and that thing looks horrible. It's the price of a Speed Champions set, but with less than half the pieces.

long story short, I will be giving my friend's kids something bedazzled for Christmas (9-14yrs). These kids also like lego so I was thinking of bedazzling the outer faces of lego pieces in a set (with flexible super glue and small stones, flat back stones).

Is this a stupid idea? Does anyone have any insight on if this would work or not? (It will be bedazzled unconstructed and they will put it together)

I'm thinking things with flat surfaces like botanicals or the eevee pokemon or something.

Hi, I understand this is a long shot, but I was wondering if anyone owns the NBH 097 Rives de la Seine a Paris nanoblock set, and/or happens to have the instructions? I bought this second hand, but there's no instructions with it, and I can't find them online. All instructions online seem to be for the similar NBH 004 set. I'm at a loss so I would appreciate any help. Thank you in advance!

This thing is so much cooler than I expected. I'm a huge fan of the series' 'Life on Mars' and 'Ashes to Ashes', and the key vehicle of the second series is a red 1983 Audi Quattro. Now, admittedly it wasn't the sport model, but it cemented my love of the classic 80's Quattro, so this was a no-brainer.

Now, since the series is set in the U.K., and this set appears to come with a European license plate, I decided to modify it and switch the steering side from U.S. left-hand to U.K. right-hand. This was easier than expected, basically requiring mirroring the assembly of the steering column, the placement on the car itself, and some of the engine compartment elements.

Honestly, I'd be curious to grab another one of these just to switch it from the sport model to the standard.

Just finished building my second brick shop set and I must say I love it! I’ve been ~30 speed champions and technic sets. Until you get to the high dollar (>$100)technic and brick sets I don’t think the over all quality and look stacks up.

The main issue with this set is the minifigure—sadly, it’s been replaced with a *Batman: Animated Series* version 🤣, which differs from the original LEGO *Batman Returns* minifigure that should have been included.

Overall, it’s quite satisfying; there were no missing pieces. A few parts were a bit loose, but I used some glue to secure them and make the build feel sturdier. I followed the instructions via the LEGO app, which made the process much easier. I’ve included the older 1989 Batmobile set for comparison in terms of size and detail against this new version. For any Batman fan, I highly recommend adding this to your Batmobile collection! 😁

found a set id like to buy as a gift for someone and haven’t seen any other brands make it. anyone bought from that brand/had luck with it?

I got this kit for like $75 maybe $80 on AE a few months back but always had the intention of building it closer to Halloween. Oh man this kit is Amazing! such a great set! I can see why it is regarded so high, the GOAT for BDP. If you did not get a chance to buy this in the stupid limited window, and want it I really recommend you get it. Such a great set with so many great details.
