đ Quick Update: Posts Should Be Flowing Again!
First of all, sorry to everyone whose post was held for review recently. đ
A Reddit filter was catching many legitimate beta testing posts, which created delays and extra work for both users and moderators.
â Iâve reviewed and approved the backlog.
â Iâve also updated the subreddit settings to reduce false positives going forward.
If your post was delayed, thank you for your patience.
As always:
- Be respectful
- No spam
- Keep posts relevant to beta testing, feedback, and product validation
- Include a clear description of what youâre building and what feedback youâre looking for
đŹ Also, our Discord community is growing fast and is a great place to get feedback, find testers, and connect with other builders:
Thanks for helping make r/BetaTests a useful place for builders and testers alike! đ

[Beta] Formamigo â fill official PDF forms by chatting in your language
Hi all, I'm building Formamigo and looking for testers who have a real PDF form to fill.
The problem: you get an official form (residence registration, child benefit, a school or tax form) in a language you don't read well. Each box is a guess.
What it does: you upload the PDF, an assistant explains every question in English, Portuguese, Spanish, French or Ukrainian, asks only for what's missing, and writes the answers into the form in the form's own language. You see a live preview the whole time.
What works today: fillable PDFs and printed (flat) PDF forms, up to 10 MB and 20 pages. Not scans, not XFA (dynamic) forms. Files are stored in the EU and deleted after 7 days.
The beta: filling and preview are free, and every account gets one free clean download. If you send me feedback, I'll add more free downloads to your account.
What I'd love to hear: which form you tried, which fields it got wrong or explained badly, and where you got stuck.

[iOS] iWeÎąlth â private household finance tracker: accounts, budgets, investments, shared trips (free, no account)
Hi! I'm looking for testers for iWeÎąlth, an iPhone app for keeping household finances in order. It's a personal project, free and ad-free.
What it does:
- accounts, credit cards with their billing periods, cash, savings and brokerage accounts
- expenses in a few taps, categories, budgets, recurring items and a payment schedule
- investments (stocks, ETFs, bonds, crypto) with returns and allocation
- shared trips and projects: split expenses with friends through a link, encrypted end to end
- optional bank import in Europe through Enable Banking (read-only, PSD2)
Privacy: there's no account and no server that receives your data. Everything stays on your iPhone, protected by a passcode and optionally Face ID.
Available in English and Italian, iOS 16 or later. Fastest way to look around: Settings â "Load Sample Data".
TestFlight link:Â https://testflight.apple.com/join/sQNvXPdJ
What helps me most: where you got stuck the first time, what's confusing, and any bug. You can report from the app (Help and Feedback â Report a Problem) or from TestFlight. Thanks!

I added gamepad support to my browser boxing game, but I don't own a gamepad. Need controller owners to test it.

Hey, I made a free browser boxing game called BrowserBoxing. It runs in the browser, no download, and the new-player flow is a short tutorial that unlocks matchmaking.
This morning I shipped gamepad support with rumble. The problem: I do not own a gamepad, so I have never been able to test it myself.
If you have a controller, could you plug it in and tell me whether the game detects it, whether the buttons feel mapped to the right moves, and whether rumble fires when you land a punch? Buttons are fully remappable on the account page if the defaults feel wrong.
Any browser is fine. Even a "works on my controller" is genuinely useful. https://browserboxing.com

DIGI camera app: looking for feedback on our early-access page before beta
I'm one of the founders of DIGI, an iPhone camera app with digicam-inspired filters and Xplore for discovering photos and places to shoot. We're building it for people who enjoy taking photos of everyday life.
Right now we're looking for feedback on the landing page: https://joindigi.app/
Can you tell what DIGI does from the first screen? What would you need to see before wanting to try it: actual photo examples, the camera interface, or how Xplore works?
To be clear, this is an early-access waitlist, not a playable beta or app download yet. You can review the page without signing up. If the idea interests you, the page also lets you join the list for beta updates.

How we accidentally made a tamagotchi where your pet has anxiety and a social life
i'm on the dev team for Neva Town, a free browser game we built where you adopt one pokemon from a poke ball and basically never see it again. it lives in a town, texts you updates, trains while you're offline, makes friends or enemies with other trainers' pokemon, and shops for TMs on its own. you chat back when you want. that's the whole loop.
there's a whole social layer too: players can get to know other players, and pokemon can form their own friendships or rivalries. we track closeness in those relationships, and it can go negative; two pokemon who don't get along might even argue when they meet.
sign-up is invite-only right now.
the part i'm least sure about is the half-day attachment fade. your pokemon misses you, attachment drops, and at zero it leaves town with a farewell letter. there are optional push/email nudges when it misses you.
hoenn is open with 16 towns. daily live contests, team challenge cup with a bracket you can watch. shops restock 3 random TMs daily. your pokemon picks where to train based on its level, so it heads further out into tougher areas as it grows.
what i want feedback on, if anyone grabs a code:
does the texting feel alive or does it read like a chatbot after a few days? it's hard for us to judge from the inside.
is the half-day fade too punishing? we wanted absence to matter but maybe it's just stressful.
and honestly, what would bring you back daily? right now it's mostly the contests and checking if your pokemon made any friends, but i'm curious what actually sticks for people.

Looking for US testers: an AI that calls SiriusXM, your cable or internet company and asks for a lower bill
I'm building Pinch and need a few real people to try it on a real bill.
How it works: you text it the company and what you pay. It calls, waits on hold, and asks the retention team for a better rate. You can follow the call live from a link. If the company needs to confirm it's you, Pinch texts you and brings you onto the call for about a minute. It never accepts or cancels anything without your yes.
Works best for SiriusXM, DIRECTV/DISH, Spectrum/Xfinity, phone carriers, and credit card annual fees or interest. One tester went from about $190 to $137/month on DIRECTV, plus a $200 Visa card. (The call scenes in the video are a dramatization; that DIRECTV number is real.)
Requirements: a US phone number and a bill you'd like lowered. It's free during the beta, no app.
Try it: https://justpinch.me/?utm_source=reddit&utm_medium=post&utm_campaign=betatests
I'll read every comment. Most useful to me: did it get stuck anywhere, and would you trust it with your account?

Intervite
My friend built an app called Intervite. Heâs looking for people that are willing to test and post on this app as well as share it with friends. If there are any bugs we have not found yet then you can easily message him through the Intervite profile page. The app is a great concept for community. Thereâs a feature I personally like is that you can find events near you and see how many others are going. As well as a network feature. You can post similar to other social medias , has reels, and much more!
If you would like to join during this beta test this is the linkâŚ.

[Web] Learning Python? Looking for 5 beginners to try a lesson and tell me where it gets confusing
Can you follow a Python tutorial, but feel stuck when itâs time to write something yourself?
Iâm working on Quisi, a browser-based Python learning app, and Iâm looking for five adults who are currently learning Python to try its first lesson and give honest feedback.
Youâll write and run code in your browser, with explanations and an AI tutor available when you get stuck. No installation needed.
Iâd love to do a 20-minute screen-sharing session where you try the lesson and talk through what makes sense and what doesnât. You donât need to prepare or impress anyone. If something is confusing, thatâs exactly what I want to understand.
Specifically:
- Is it clear how to get started?
- Do the explanations help you attempt the exercise?
- Where do you get stuck or feel like leaving?
This is an unpaid feedback session. The first lesson needs no account or payment, and thereâs no obligation to subscribe. Quisi has paid plans beyond its free access.
You can take a look here: https://www.getquisi.com
If youâre interested, comment with how long youâve been learning Python and what youâre using to learn. Beginners from any country are welcome!

[opportunity] I want AI code reviews to remember why a replay must not send emails
Suppose you're replaying old events to repair some records. The change passes its tests, but it also sends customers notifications about things that happened months ago. An old rollout note explained the exception: replays must stay silent. That's a hypothetical example of the context I'd want in a review before trusting the change.
I'm building Shifu for this. It's a personal work-context engine: the idea is to bring relevant decisions from work you choose to share into the next change. I'd want to see the exception, its source and whether it still applies. I'd still need to verify the behavior myself.
I'd like your help testing it if you've been building software professionally for 3+ years, use Claude Code, Codex or OpenCode on an existing product, and are serious about getting better at building with AI. Particularly if a review keeps sending you back through old discussions to figure out what the change must preserve.
We'd take one real feature you're planning and a supported source you're allowed to share. I'll help with setup. Then we can look at whether a recovered exception changes your plan or what you check in review. If the scope is wrong, or correcting the answer is more work than finding the context yourself, I want to hear that too.
I'd also want what I learn from that review to carry into the next feature. What assumption did I miss? What should I check earlier? That's the growth side of Shifu I'm interested in alongside using the context to get work done.
I'm Shifu's builder: https://useshifu.com. I'd welcome a beta test with you if this sounds familiar. Please keep confidential work details out of this thread.

I built a food scanner that checks products against your own diet. Looking for Android testers (no ads, Open Food Facts data)
Hey [r/alphaandbetausers](r/alphaandbetausers),
When I started paying attention to what I eat, I kept getting stuck on the back of the pack. Tiny print, numbers "per serving" where every brand picks its own serving size, and no single grade on the front like some countries have. So I built Kaibu.
Scan a barcode and you get one grade, plus a short AI-written read of the product against your own diet: vegan, gluten-free, an allergy, or a list of things you'd rather avoid, and why it fits or doesn't. Tap any ingredient and it tells you what it is and why it's in there, in plain English. That part is what Open Food Facts alone doesn't give you. The AI text is always labelled as AI. Product data comes from Open Food Facts, compared per 100 g so products line up fairly. No ads, and I don't sell your data.
It's in a closed test on Android, because Google won't let a new developer publish until 12 people have tested for 14 days. I'm aiming for about 18 so a few dropping off doesn't reset the clock.
How to join
- Join the tester group: https://groups.google.com/g/kaibu-testers
- Opt in and install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.kaibu
- Keep it installed for the 14 days and scan things now and then
What I'd love to know
- Tap a few ingredients: does the plain-English explanation actually tell you something useful?
- Is setting up your diet clear, and do the matches feel right?
- Anything wrong or missing on a product? Open Food Facts isn't perfect, but it helps to know where.
- Where did you get stuck?
Send feedback from Profile in the app, or just reply here. Honest feedback, not ratings. If you've got something in testing too, drop the link and I'll return the favour.
(Please don't buy Premium during the test, purchases are real.)
