I turned this one by accident inside audible for a book in the series and for the life of me I can not turn it back on.

Google says to do it via kindle but that’s not how it was and kindle audio player kind of sucks imo

Is it possible to access my complete Audible Listen History/Listen Log going back to when I first started with the service? At this time(10/21/2026) I can only access titles read back to June 2026.

Excluding Book 1, this is the first of the Titus Welliver narrated Bosch books on Audible.

I’ve done all the trouble shooting their support has told me to do on my iPhone 16 and M5 iPad Pro. I’ve 28 audiobooks I bought on Apple Books and only one of them will sync to my Audible app. It’s not a major inconvenience to have two apps but I do find it odd.

Anyone else have this issue?

How do yall feel about bloopers? Ive never come across them until the series im currently on. I hate it, why does the narrator think I want to listen to him stutter for ten minutes? I didnt even realize i was listening to bloopers at first, I thought I was either having a stroke or the app was crashing.

I want to read/listen to Red Rising (normal version), but holy smokes the first book sounds to muffled/low quality compared to the second one.

Any of yall noticed the difference? Should I just go with the dramatized version instead?

For context I'm in Australia and subscribed to "Audible Standard"

I opened audible at the beginning of October and it tells me I have like 4 days until I can select my next book, now after a week or two it's telling me I already selected my monthly book for this month and have to wait until my next payment? Mind you, I haven't even listened to anything since the beginning of September, let alone selected any new books.

This has been happening pretty consistently. I tried to contact audible in July via email when it happened then, but got no response (it sorted itself out after a few days so I had assumed they fixed it). But it's happening again.

It's ridiculous I'm being blocked from accessing the service I'm paying for by what I'm assuming is a bug. Amazon is not some small non-for-profit.

Has anyone had this issue and found a solution, or am I unsubbing?

Can you recommend some books where the narration really makes the story. I listened to Atmosphere by TJR and that felt like a whole production. I kid of want to listen to books that would be overwhelming to sit and read (I'm thinking the Odyssey or 1984 which I have tried to read physical copies of but cannot digest them) and if there are multiple narrators, please tell me which one to go for :)
Mainly in to dystopian future and psychological thrillers. Would love to explore a Stephen King story too

Is there a list of crime fiction audiobooks on Audible filtered to only show titles which are included with Premium membership?

I don’t understand how to determine this prior to becoming a member. I tried searching Reddit for clues but I only found rants about how poor the browsing is on Audible.

Incidentally I also tried to find free audiobooks as part of an Amazon Prime membership (because it advertises that it includes a few) but came out empty handed too.

To compound things, I’m tasked with a solution for a blind user. But I haven’t even found a solution as a sighted user yet!

Unless you know the exact author or title how do you discover audiobooks in a particular genre? (and additionally filter by free audiobooks included with Premium membership).

Must I trial a Premium membership to get anywhere on this. If so, will this allow me to filter by audiobooks included with Premium? And when looking at a particular audiobook, where does it indicate on the page if it’s included with Premium?

The ultimate goal is to allow a blind person to use an Echo to browse the Audible catalog included with a Premium membership in UK. But at the very least I’d like to browse the catalog on the website myself and add audiobooks to a reading list for the blind person to use.

I’m finding Amazon and Audible impenetrable at the moment.

I just got off the phone with customer suport. I was looking at the author page in the app and several books that I know I bought were showing as needing to be paid for to listen to. So I went to my purchace history and found that the sales were there but when I click on them they show the book as unavalable. So I called to get the books refunded because they show as totally gone and I didn't choose to return them, they were just take from me.

The rep that came on looked up the books and found them just fine. He told me to look up a book and if this happens again that I need to scroll my full libary to find the book/s. I told him that that doesn't work for me because I have a lot of books. He said "I'm sorry sir this is the only thing you can do."

I don't know about some of you but, I've got 1127 books and doing that would be like looking for a needle in a haystack.

A long time ago, the audible app only handled your libary. Then audible integrated the store into the app and the search feature has become more and more limited. The rep told me that the missing books in this situation had gotten an update and were no longer able to be searched for. Something like this had happened before with a replacement version of a book showing up and the origional version is no longer able to be found by the search function. You then have to look up your order number and get customer service to put your book back on your account. Even then you have to scroll the book and put it into a collection to be able to quickly find it in the future.

What the hell Audible? Do better.

Anybody else keep getting this error on iOS when they aren’t connected to wifi? I’ve tried all of the usual (restart phone, uninstall and reinstall app, clear cache etc) to no avail. The app was working perfectly up until the last few weeks and now I keep getting this error.

So I just recently been using audible this year. I usually jaunt use my monthly credit for a book which is usually enough. Although, I have to urge to listen to more books so I want to start buying them. How often do books go on sale and is there an easy way to find the deals? I’m assuming Black Friday or prime days they might have a few but is there an easy way to filter it?

Noticed Stephen King’s IT was cheap as a cash deal (but was not part of the Monthly Deals section) so I dug a little deeper.

Noticed Whispersync for Voice pricing is now available on the Audible CA 🇨🇦 site (I have the book on Kindle)!

Don’t recall there being an announcement about it and a Google search didn’t bring anything up, so I presume this is a recent addition to the Canadian side.

Edit: went through checkout and can confirm I was charged the discounted $12.97 price.

I tried contacting customer service, but have to go through an AI chatbot portal. It gives me two options to connect with an agent. The first one is the live chat. The button is unclickable. The second is a call. The ai agent on the call refuses to recognize the keyboard input option to connect me and hangs up. This is ridiculous. AI customer service = no customer service. Do better, Audible.

I mean, I didn't exactly make it easy for him. The judges had to listen to him narrate my dumb book, which features a vampire who killed Hitler, way too many references to Stephen King's cocaine use, and a garden gnome addicted to OnlyFans.

Yet, somehow, the Professional Audiobook Narrators Association said, "This man deserves an award."

Car Play has always worked seamlessly for me in the past few years. However, since last week I have not been able to play my titles over Car Play.

All other apps work perfectly: Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.

Audible works perfectly on iPhone speakers or earbuds, but regardless if I start it in Car Play or in the app it either:

- plays 1 second and then the sound is gone (the timer advances though)

- no sound, but the timer advances

- plays until I hit "skip", then it skips, advances the timer but there's no sound

- restarts at the very beginning of the book

The whole thing started when I skipped through the title a few times on the Car Play interface.
