My roommates are moving out at the end of November in the middle of our lease and I don't want to break the lease nor double what I'm paying for rent, so my partner and I are looking for a new roommate starting in December.

Rent is $1400 plus utilities, so you'd be paying $466 plus utilities which is usually around $50. You'd have two rooms and your own bathroom. Free parking and internet. Ground floor. Our lease currently lasts until July 27th, 2027.
