Probably the 4th time I am watching the series but just noted something: The watchmen series ends with the cliffhanger, Angela's foot barely just touching the surface of the pool before dissolving into the end credits. So we don't know if she received dr Manhattan's powers or not.

But I would assume that she didn't because wouldn't her intellect and sensory perceptions immediately become supernatural if the egg was really embued with Jon's powers?

I always found this detail interesting. I never read the comic but in the movie after he beats her up she kind of gives in and is about to let him do it before he is stopped. So the fact she goes back to him means she was into it in my opinion.

I really love how much depth and backstory we get for Rorschach(who is my favorite character) Seeing what shaped him, understanding his motives, and learning more about his worldview makes him such a fascinating character to me. I especially love the distinction between Rorschach and Walter Kovacs, and how the chapter explores the relationship between the two identities.
