Missed connection 10/14/26 Spearmint Rhino NSFW

You were the most beautiful woman I’ve ever seen. I felt our connection immediately

We locked eyes and you asked if I wanted a dance… of course I obliged

I paid for 3 more dances and you let me touch your buttocks by the last one. Our chemistry was palpable.. You danced to Cardi B with such zest and spirit, like freshly made butter

You asked if I wanted a private dance and I said yes. I had to use the ATM. I didn’t foresee the the convenience fee to be $8 and unfortunately did not have enough funds. I panicked. I went to the bathroom to text some family for a loan.

After sitting on the throne for about 10 minutes, it somehow got clogged and started overflowing. I panicked. The bouncer was alerted and thought I did it purposefly. I did not. The Panda Express earlier must have had some bad chicken.

I pleaded with the bouncer to let me stay or at the very least let me say goodbye and get your info. He was very angry and dragged me out with the help of his buddies. (I will be filing a formal complaint)

I didn’t even get your name :(

I had on the yellow vest, orange backwards trucker cap and meta glasses on.

If you see this..I’ve been thinking about you nonstop ever since

Please. If your reading this..I need to see you again ASAP. We belong together...

Vegas with elderly parents (Wheelchair questions, non-drinkers) – Need tour advice

• Upvotes

Hi everyone,

I’m planning a quick 2-night (November 2nd week) trip to Las Vegas with my elderly parents and could really use some practical advice on pacing, accessibility, and tours.

Our Situation:

  • Hotel: We just booked Treasure Island. We chose it because it seems a bit more compact and easier to navigate than the massive mega-resorts.
  • Mobility: My mom can walk a very little bit, but definitely not enough for what Vegas requires. We will need a wheelchair to get her around. She can do minimal steps/transfers into a car, but we will be pushing her most of the time.
  • Preferences: We are not drinkers, gamblers, or foodies. We are strictly looking for great sightseeing, high-quality entertainment, and a comfortable, low-stress experience.

What we have planned so far:

  • The Sphere (hearing great things about the visuals and accessibility here)
  • Bellagio Fountains and the Conservatory
  • The Venetian to see the indoor canals and gondolas (since it's right across from TI)
  • Arte Museum (thinking about adding this, but wondering if it feels too repetitive if we are already doing the Sphere?)
  • A Cirque du Soleil show (leaning toward "O" or Mystère, but would love recommendations on which theater is easiest to navigate with a wheelchair)

My Questions for the Group:

  1. Renting vs. Buying a Wheelchair: Since she only needs it for long distances, does it make more sense to buy a cheap, lightweight travel wheelchair beforehand and bring it, or rent one out there? Does Treasure Island's bell desk have reliable rentals, or should we use an outside delivery service?
  2. Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon Tours: We really want to do a day trip outside the Strip. Given the wheelchair, would you recommend a bus tour, or is renting a car and driving ourselves much easier for pacing? Are there specific tour companies that excel with accessible transport? We'd love to see Hoover Dam and a bit of the Grand Canyon (I assume West Rim is the most realistic for a day trip).
  3. Getting from TI to The Venetian & Bellagio: I know The Venetian is right across the street, but pushing a wheelchair over the pedestrian bridges looks steep. Is it better to just take a quick Uber XL lobby-to-lobby? How reliable are the elevators on the Strip bridges?
  4. Arte Museum vs. Sphere: For anyone who has done both, do they feel too similar, or are they distinct enough experiences to warrant doing both in a short 2-day trip?

Would love any tips or lessons learned from anyone who has traveled the Strip with parents using mobility aids. Also happy to connect to folks who would like to join along and exchange conversations. Thanks in advance!

New Years Eve

What is LV like for New Year’s Eve? I have 4 nights completely comped at cosmo already. My wife and I are not big into the parties and clubs, but for NYE we could make an exception. We went in 23 for the Super Bowl weekend and it felt like a gigantic hustle, and I wasn’t a fan of how over crowded it was. Wondering what it’s like. Tickets to fly are over $700 each which is the most id ever pay to fly out.

Has anyone ever seen the red bell tower in Excalibur open up like this before? What is it doing/what’s the purpose?

PSA: Caesars hotels in Vegas give better rates if you sign up for a free Players Card before you book (saved me $80/night)

Just wanted to throw this out there since I see so many people overpaying when booking rooms at Caesars properties.

If you log onto the Caesars website and sign up for a Caesars Rewards card online before you book, you instantly get better rates on your room. Depending on the dates and property, signing up drops the rate by roughly $50 to $100 per night compared to the regular rate you see on third-party sites or as a guest user.

It takes about two minutes to fill out the online form, and it costs nothing.

When you arrive in Vegas, you’ll need go to the Caesars Rewards desk to print and pick up your physical card before you check into the hotel. I’m pretty sure they require you to officially pick up/activate the card at the casino to guarantee or lock in that discounted player rate at check-in, so don't skip that step when you land.

Even if you aren't a gambler and don't care about points, getting $150–$300 off a weekend stay just for making a free login account is a no-brainer. Hope this saves someone some cash for the tables or drinks!

Trip Report: Brought the kids this time (13 and 17 year old girls)

Brought my wife and two daughters on a trip this past week and wanted to share our experience. I usually go with some buddies once a year and we just sit around and watch football and drink beer, this trip was a bit different.
Day 1: Took cab from airport to the Flamingo, ran about $35. Stay at the Flamingo was great, paid for the suite upgrade $109 a night, well worth it. It had two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, hang out living room and a wet bar with fridge. The room faced the sphere and it was a highlight for the trip, just watching it change. Please do yourself a favor and check in online before you get there, skip the lines. Lines were LONG! After we checked in we ate at In N Out and walked to Miracle Mile and had the fruit in the stick from Te Amo Boba, it was a hit. Picked up some waters for the room on the way back. Went to Mystere for our nightly entertainment. It was a funny, weird, amazing performers and it was my kids favorite part of the trip.
Day 2: Buffet at the Wynn, food was excellent, with big varieties. We did an escape room at PanIQ, really enjoyed the theming and the staff. Then we went to the fashion show mall and shopped. Hit up the arcade at NYNY. Ate at Gonzales y Gonzales, chips and salsa were good, nachos okay, other food was not great, but if you want chain Mexican food it’s decent.
Day 3: Ice Cream Museum, it was a good time. Ice Cream was fresh, they did a great job making it feel like it was a fantasy world. Spent about an hour, very interactive and friendly staff. Walked around Area15 ate at the Beast and it was probably my favorite meal of the trip (besides Wynn) and then did the Universal Horror Unleashed. Absolutely loved it, scary haunted houses, scare actors were a great touch.
Left on Day 4
Places we ate: In N Out, Te Amo Boba, Salt N Straw, Starbucks for morning coffees, Dominique Ansel bakery, BoJangles, Five Guys, Wynn Buffet, Casino Royale (hotdog for me, it is a must), Ja Burritos, Gonzales y Gonzales, The Beast.
Observations: drinks are expensive, you have to try to find deals when you can. $5 drafts and well drinks at Casino Royale and $1 Busch Lights. Flamingo had great drink service and I was able to get free drinks. The Sportsbook doesn’t give the tickets out like they used to, so a bit of a bummer. Also, plan to wait for Ubers (and tip well) the construction has them all messed up with road closures. We had a blast
, I didn’t know what my girls would think, but they loved it too. Feel free to ask any questions!

Edit: people have asked for cost.
Room: $668 with upgrade and early check in
Uber/Cab: $420
Buffet: $85 a piece after tip
Mysterie: $105 a ticket (I’m a seat snob, it was row 10 dead center) you can get cheaper, but try to sit in middle.
Ice cream museum: $75 a piece with VIP, any time entry, upgraded name tags and included drink
Universal Horror: Ordered day before $80 for my wife and I, girls were $100 each, so could go in a few times. You can get cheaper if order ahead
PanIQ escape room was $190 total.
Meals averaged: $80-$120 aside from buffet
Gambling: lost $400, but we got in a few hours a night, so not bad entertainment
NYNY Arcade: $120
Area15: area one access was $34 a piece for the kids

Vegas on Sunday-Strip Club Solo

So I’m going to Vegas next week for the Metallica show at the Sphere. Staying downtown. Buddy is leaving on Sunday and I’ll be in Vegas alone.
Figured I’d go to a strip club and watch football?
Is that a thing? Does anyone do that? Do any of them have Sunday specials or football specials? Any suggestions?
Been to Vegas many times but have never gone to a strip club before.
Figured I’d make my bets at a casino and take $800 in cash and find a fun place to watch.

A casino security guard approached me because of the cash vouchers

I’ve been living in Vegas for five years, and today I went to a casino to kill some time. While I was there, I noticed that someone had left $1.50 in an abandoned machine, so I cashed out the voucher.
After that, I walked around and started noticing that a lot of people leave money behind in machines — sometimes 50 cents, sometimes more, sometimes less. Just for fun, I got a little carried away and started collecting the vouchers. In total, I ended up with around $5 and some change.
Then a casino security guard approached me and told me not to do it again. However, he didn’t take the vouchers away from me or tell me to leave the casino.
So here’s my question: why does it matter to them who ends up with these vouchers? Or does the casino collect them itself and keep the money?
I’m genuinely curious about how this works and what the actual rules are.

Sphere seats and views?

I’m looking at the John Mayer tour dates and started checking out different sections at the Sphere. Floor seats are way cheaper than upper level, is it because of the visuals? Some sections say they have obstructed views though. Has anyone seen a show with floor seats and upper level seats to compare one another?

Best sphere viewing spot?

I’m staying at Park MGM next week, just wondering my best option for viewing/taking videos of the outside of the sphere, closest to Park MGM. I’m traveling alone, so not super keen on walking around any potentially sketchy areas at night just to catch a glimpse. Is there a good spot that’s pretty safe and populated that I should try to go to in order to be able to see the sphere in the evening? That is within a reasonable walking distance.

3 Golden Knights Tickets for 10/17

My friends and I bought a block of 10 tickets for the VGK vs Penguins game tomorrow 10/17, in Section 102. Problem being, there are only 7 of us.

If you would like to go to the game, the tickets are yours (one, two, or all three of them) $125 apiece.

Caveats that you have to sit next to us (chill with us or ignore our obnoxious banter, up to you) and we'll have to meet you at the Arena to go in, as the tickets are in a block and can't be separated.

Please DM me if interested!

augustus tower caesars. uber drop off and checkin questions

AI says:

Drop-Off Options for Augustus Tower

  • Augustus Tower / Flamingo Entrance (Recommended for check-in or luggage):
    • Instruct your driver or drop a pin near the Augustus Tower entrance on Flamingo Road (near the Diamond check-in side).
  1. can mere mortals check in at the augustus tower? from my readings it's VIP checkin. also as i'll be arriving early is there baggage check there as well?

even if i have to do the main entrance for checkin, after that question 2 applies:

2 no matter what i tried and tried and no matter where i drop a pin (per AI suggestion). or even pick the villas, 7 stars entrance etc, it reverts to some employee lot behind the buildings. even tried the mojito hut. best i think i can do is dropoff at horseshoe and use the bridge to walk over.

-----------------------

for departing augustus it seems the horseshoe is best. any other suggestions?

Karaoke Vegas (yes, again)

I know: this topic has been covered, but I have a different angle. Coming next month with my daughter, staying on strip Fri-Sun. She is a professional singer and would love karaoke, but hates singing at a place where she would make others uncomfortable. Normally she goes after gigs with her fellow musicians. Any suggestions? Dive bar, fancy, live band, machine, whatever. No private rooms or pay to play, preferably. Thanks!

I need to keep my dad occupied for 5 hours… HELP

My family and I are taking my dad to Vegas for his 50th birthday soon. What he doesn’t know, is 6 of his closest friends will be joining us shortly after we all arrive. My mom, sister, aunt, myself and dad arrive roughly around 1pm. His friends will arrive to the hotel around 6pm. My mom and aunt are planning to check into the hotel on arrival and set up birthday decorations in one of the suites at Caesar’s palace and my sister and I are responsible for keeping my dad occupied for the 5 hour duration until all his friends get there (they’re all on the same flight). My mom was pretty specific “DO NOT LET HIM STAY IN THE HOTEL AREA.”

Looking for ideas on what to do for a few hours that would be either within walking distance or even an uber ride away. My dad is kind of a big nerd. He loves Sci-Fi and things like Star Trek, computers (vintage and modern) and history as well as outdoorsy activities. He’s not really big into gambling and I’m already planning on brining him to the Atomic Museum the day after we arrive so we have ample time to spend there.

Our budget for this outing for myself, sister, and dad would be around $300-400. ALSO no food is allowed as my mom has big dinner plans for him that night.

Any help and suggestions are appreciated! TIA!!!
