Help preventing bluetooth headset from pausing video when taking headset off

If your headset comes with a mobile app (android/ios), there should be configuration to disable in/on ear detection

Which headset? If it has an app the app may allow you to disable the feature. You wouldn't be able to disable it from the host device without blocking the pause signal completely since it'll be sending it as a regular pause signal. It likely also sends a play signal when you put them back on
