Support Request Help preventing bluetooth headset from pausing video when taking headset off

Hello,

I am on the most recent version of Linux Mint Cinnamon. At one point, I had solved this issue, but a recent Bluetooth driver update broke this again. The only resources I've found to solve this are for Arch Linux and do not apply properly to Ubuntu-based distros. Has anyone figured out how to solve this issue?

This isn't anything to do with Mint, it is a setting in the headset that issues a pause command when it detects it has been removed from your head. Disable the setting in the headset.

Alternatively, you could somehow get Mint to ignore play/pause commands from the headset but I doubt you'd want that because it would prevent all play/pause control from the headset.
