Hi y’all, I’m looking for someone to take over my 1bd 1ba apartment lease for January 2027 - July 2027. The unit comes fully furnished and is located on the second (top) floor of Archer Apartments.

The complex is very close to UGA’s campus/downtown and features a safe and welcoming environment, so perfect for students and working professionals alike!

The amenities include a lovely pool, gym, and conference/study rooms in the clubhouse, and onsite laundry facilities. The community also hosts fun weekly events, and staff members are easily reachable and helpful.

Rent is $860 per month, water is $25, and electricity  depends on usage.
