Questions & Help Is This A Legal Turn In California
Assuming that the only lanes with a green light are the 2 lanes heading North on 5th St, is this a legal right turn? Can the driver choose the middle lane or do they need to choose the merging lane instead?

Ranting & Venting Bus driver almost hit me and then got upset
I go through the same roundabout every day on my way home. Today, I came up to the roundabout, stopped to yield to the 2 cars that were already in it, then entered when I saw there were no other cars coming.
Up ahead at the next entry there was a bus stopped waiting to enter, and after the car in front of me passed it, the bus tried to enter the roundabout, almost causing a collision with my car since I was fully in the roundabout and already going around. I stopped, luckily the car behind me was far enough that it didn’t rear end me, the bus stopped too and then I kept going and exited the roundabout. I looked in the rear view mirror and could see the bus driver throwing his hands up in frustration and confusion.
It really pissed me off because these are driving rules that I learned when I was 15 years old ans have never forgotten, but here we have a literal bus driver, in charge of driving a huge vehicle full of people, driving like a total imbecile and then throwing a tantrum about it. As far as I know, I did nothing wrong; drivers in the roundabout have the right of way and do not stop, and drivers trying to enter the roundabout have to yield.

Questions & Help Am I able to continue on the highway on red?
Every week I take this ramp but feel confused by what to do. There’s a limit line, traffic lights, and a solid line blocking merging. There’s also a sign that says I should turn right on the ramp but I feel compelled to stop and wait for the traffic light.
Do I stop at the limit line then proceed when safe to continue on the ramp? Do I just continue on the ramp no matter the traffic light?

Discussion Anyone notice the increased use of four-way hazard (emergency lights) by drivers?
Older driver here, I am wondering if anyone noticed this where there is an increased used of the four-way (emergency lights) from other drivers on the road?
Weird, but I feel like before if was if a car was having an issue, on the side of the road, caught in heavy rain or snow. I notice people are using it now then they are slowing down on the highway and even the main streets. Also, when people are taking turns.
I thought it was maybe a feature of the new cars but then I started seeing older cars doing it as well.
Just thought I would ask, not sure if the driving tests updated their use of it or not.

Questions & Help Who had the right of way?
Yellow car was already moving through the intersection, blue car was stopped right when the yellow car left.
Purple car started creeping when yellow car originally left.
Blue car turning left, purple straight.
Wisconsin laws apply.
Does the blue car have the right of way since it was stopped first or does it yield to the purple since they are on the right of the blue car?

Discussion Concrete Barricades Along EDSA Balintawak
Instead of widening major thoroughfares like EDSA, why are we installing long stretches of concrete barriers that narrow the roads and worsen traffic?
Traffic along this area used to be more manageable, especially southbound. Now, vehicles are forced to squeeze into just three lanes, causing daily congestion. The separate lane for private vehicles beside the EDSA busway also creates unnecessary lane changes as drivers try to maneuver around the barriers.
Has the traffic management autorities properly studied the impact of this traffic scheme before implementing it? If traffic is already this bad, imagine how much worse it will get in December

Questions & Help How do i contest this
My parents gave me a ticket that says i got caught speeding in a school zone. Pictures of both signs are shown here. I was going 38 MPH at 4:29:01 PM when the lights WERE NOT flashing. I looked into google to see what i could do about it and it says its highly contestable because of me abiding to the sign that says "when flashing." Can I really contest this in court or will i be shaken down for $85 for a mistake on the schools part.
Questions & Help What are the magical words a traffic attorney mutters to turn a speeding ticket into a non moving violation?
We have legal coverage (Arag) and my go to guy turned my wife's ticket into littering with one call to the county prosecutors office. What do these people say to each other?
