Had a router with three for less than a month. It couldn't receive signal so I cancelled the plan, no problem.

Sent the broadband router back in a parcel box and not original packaging. Now they want £350 as router is lost in there what house.

Anyone else had an issue like this? Customer service is a nightmare.

Check the DPD app. Mine says DPD have my order details and expect my parcel shortly.

Anyone else app displaying that they have 2gb less data then they should. It just refreshed for the month and says i onlu habe 6gb out of the 8

Has anyone else pre-ordered via Three and got a delivery date in their confirmation e-mail? When I went through check out it was showing availability for 23/10 but my order confirmation does not confirm a delivery date - I’ve spoken to Three since and they’ve said I’m down for a 23/10 delivery but I’ve heard they can be a bit unreliable when it comes to launch day deliveries.

2024 I noticed i had a default of 93£ on my account for home broadband, i did not live at the address and never had this product. Since then ive had countless live chats, calls and 'investigations' opened and literally not a single thing has been done. Im sorry but offshore customer support just dont have a single clue what im saying. Ive tried the ombudsman but that didnt help as I had a three account myself for a sim, which was closed normally but again support cannot fathom im talking about a different account. The livechat goes: 'please give us the account number' , 'I did not open this account therefore I dont know' , ' We cannot discuss this with you, however the credit default will stay on your file :DDDDDD'. Nearly 3 years of this. BTW this happened with 4 other companies, all who just removed them instantly. FUCK THREE

I don’t wanna state my exact location in the UK, but has anyone else’s mobile data and/or broadband also have become slower since last week? Mine have gone slow and have been disconnecting a lot

I don’t know what to do apart from turning them off and on again and cross my fingers, because in my case my data speed is completely fine outside of my flat. It’s only inside my flat that has been having issues

Not sure if this is a coincidence but this also happened last year in October 2025 and it got better after a few months. I don’t suppose the weather and architecture have anything to do with it?

I’m looking to see if anyone has successfully managed to get VoLTE (4G Calling) working on an imported Chinese ROM Honor phone while using Three UK.

I actually tried speaking to Three's customer support about the issue, but I got absolutely nowhere. They just said it should be working perfectly. They completely missed the point about the phone missing the required UK IMS carrier profile and just brushed it off.

Since Three's tech team were no help at all, I wanted to ask the community: has anyone here got a Chinese MagicOS device to actually make a phone call on Three?

I signed up to a 24 month deal for 5G broadband on 21/11/24, according to the paperwork this ends on 21/11/26 as you would expect,however when I sign in to my account it states renewal date is 27/10/26.

When would you contact Three to negotiate a new contract and how flexible are they with regards to pricing ?

This is absolutely outrageous, they ve been charging me extra for the past 2 years and now im trying to cancel with them and they want 200 pounds off me. They dont even know what they re saying they re just trying to keep you hostage literally. I get an email then he says I dont have to pay anything and then he randomly changes his mind.

Hi All. So I had pay as you go SIM from 3. It was discontinued yesterday because of inactivity. Completely my fault. There was no email address registered to it. I called three support to get the PAC code as I needed the same number . As it was my main and only phone number connected to banks etc etc . Three support asked for CCID number on the back of the SIM. But my sim had 18 digits last 5 were alphanumeric. The support person kept saying thats not valid CCID etc(But that is whats on the back of the SIM) . And without CCID validation they cannot give me PAC code. I called again to see if someone else had some idea. He said without registered email to validate they cannot give me/generate PAC code. I really need that number. What are my options? Thank you all in advance.

Anyone else having issues with data not working? Almost caused a real issue for me today when trying to pay for fuel and couldn't access my banking app. Luckily someone let me use their hot-spot and was able to pay but I'm now wondering what the hell is going on. General signal has been awful recently which only seems to of been since the Vodafone merge but data dropping in and out so often is relatively new and its driving me insane.

Hey, I'm currently at Rosa's Thai having already ordered and am getting the following issue when I try to load the code - this has been stuck on this for ages and looks like I'm going to have to pay out of pocket. The customer service has just an AI response stating they're doing works from Sunday 5pm to Mondah 8:30pm and I can't chat to/call anyone.

Has anyone else faced persistent issues with the rewards randomly not loading as this is not the first time for me?

Switched to Three as EE was getting expensive. Had a horrible experience with their Support team when activating my sim. They didn't activate my sim and I had to travel only for them to tell me my sim won't be activated till I get back from my trip. Leaving me with no phone to use abroad.

Tried to cancel THREE Time (no pun intended) and each time the line just cuts and stops me from doing so.

(1) Got a text about an offer for 150gb data @ £10 on the 10th day of the 10th month.
(2) Take 10+10+10 then IF you flip it.. 01 + 01 +01 == Three.
(3) 150 / 10 == 15 ... then 15 x 3 == a 45 degree Three-angle (or whatever they're called).

Give a high-five, no make it a high-three, to the person who thought of this offer.

Currently mine is set for 5G alone but I've noticed some periods of no internet at all this week of about 30 seconds at a time.

Should I go back to default of automatically switching between 4G and 5G or is that likely to be worse ?

I have been with three for years and it has been noticeable since the takeover by Vodafone that the service has been getting worse. My contract ends at the end of this month and I am starting to look around. I am on an unlimited text,data and calls for £26 a month. I'm based in central Scotland.

would you recommend upgrading online, over the phone or through Three’s live chat? Did you manage to secure launch day delivery, or were there delays?

I've had Three broadband for a year with no issues. The past week been having a lot of slowdowns. Seems mostly okay now, but has been dipping in and out a bit. Three are useless, and tell me it's cause I used up my data limit etc when I didn't (I'm using an unlimited data SIM and separately purchased hub).

My question is is it normal for the network light to alternate between blue and white so quickly here? Every 10 seconds or so? Im almost positive that previously the lights would always remain solid white, though admitted not something I'd really look at.

I bought a Zyxel FWA505 near the end of September and started using a Three SIM from Scancom that is also supposed to use the Vodafone network. The vast majority of the time I am happy with the router and SIM.

The only issue being that over the last 40 days there have been 3 times that the router LEDs has signalled that signal is weak and internet is unavailable (confirmed by my laptop and phone indicating that there is no internet). Normally according to the LEDs on the router I am getting a medium signal most of the time as well as a good signal sometimes (I live in a basement flat).

After the second time this happened I went from band auto selection to B1 and N78 about 2 weeks ago to see if that would solve the problem but I had a disconnect today. Each time I turn the router off & back on and it starts working again.

It's not an issue if it happens when I am home but I really don't want it to happen when I am away because of my security camera losing connection. I will actually be going on vacation in 2 weeks so I'd rather not have a disconnect in that time.

Is there a way to get the router to try and reconnect or even restart if there is an issue with the signal?

Not really sure about what is going on.

I’ve noticed that my phone sometimes stays on Wi-Fi Calling even after the mobile signal becomes stronger, and other times it switches back to the Three network almost immediately.

I’m curious whether this is mainly controlled by the phone or by Three’s network settings. Has anyone noticed the same behaviour, particularly when moving around the house?
