Non-Traditional
My thanksgiving typically consists of the most common southern staples. Turkey, ham, corned beef, smothered green beans, dressing, collard greens, Mac and cheese etc etc.
This year I want to do something “non-traditional”. I had an idea of making a few types of fish (whole) in different variations and pairing it with a “pasta flight”, but I just don’t know!
Any ideas on what to cook for a non-traditional thanksgiving?
