A couple of videos circulated online and went kind of viral. One is about a woman crying while begging looters to stop robbing the store. Here's one post with it (not mine of course): https://www.reddit.com/r/PublicFreakout/s/aP7rbS7IEd
The second is about a man forcing his wife to return clothes she just looted. Here it is again from one of the many posts on Reddit: https://www.reddit.com/r/SipsTea/s/2VgCiHPWhC
The store in question in the first video is a Franprix supermarket. FranPrix is a giant company whose revenue last year was over 3 billion euros, and owned by an even bigger group, Group Casino. The woman in the video is neither the owner of FranPrix nor the manager of the store.
The second is fast fashion Pimkie. One of the many not good fast fashion companies which are a definite net negative for humanity and the planet.
Why the F liberals keep defending those corporations? Fucking put the situation in context. If anything, the looting of those stores is a small attempt at minimal rebalancing of inequality.
"It's a slippery slope". No, it fucking isn't. Or maybe it's a road to a better more equal society. Fuck corporations to hell and back.
EDIT: to be clear, as people seem confused, I am not talking about this specific thing to claim that looting is the blueprint for revolution. I am critiquing the bourgeoise moralism judging them. And people who get all high and mighty when the window of one store of a multi billionaire company owned by a super shitty mega financial group is broken, as if that's the worst thing in that scene, and not the hyper exploitation of the mega corps. THAT is what I am talking about here.
