When can we finally us the app? My order is always the same but tastes different every time. I waited 10 years for one on my island, and they are so close, but the no app and inconsistency in orders has me making my stuff at home. Had a wish and treated myself and was let down with messed up order and cold food. Do better!!

Literally ordered an ice water with lemon and lime slices. I received two slices of both (thanks) but for $1.10? for both?? Yes. Inflation. But huh.

a customer asked me for groovy sauce, I went to get some to find out that the packets had no sauce in them, just air. Has this happened to anyone else here?

I click and hold, it shows a checkmark and then reloads the bag page instead of the checkout page

Why is it after 8 years sonic still has the same rate in pay and also refuses to give raises to employees. I understand yeah u could work another job but still 11 dollars an hour isn't matching the cost of living anywhere for 8 years

They are started to short staff more and refuse to train new employees as well. Most employees aren't rude they are also doing the job of 2 to 3 other people because they refuse to hire or schedule the amount needed for shifts. Consumer complaints are through the roof and so are the prices yet the employees are the ones to get the short end of the stick. Is there a way for employees could change legislation to work in their favor for once?

I usually only go to sonic for the half priced drinks but today the bogo coney coupon caught my eye cause my gf and I haven’t had those since we were a kid. So I placed the half priced drinks order then place the bogo coney offer right after. I went thru the drive thru and when I get up to the window I can hear one of the ladies arguing with the person manning the drive thru window. Then she opens the window and asks me if I placed 2 orders. I said yes ma’am and she tells me you’re only allowed 1 offer order per day. Which I definitely know isn’t true cause I get half priced drinks multiple times a day. I tell her that and she says it’s different when they’re back to back. I said why did the app allow it then? It was such a pointless back and forth I almost wanted to just say F it to the coneys but damn I paid $8 for one of them I was at least leaving with one. She was annoyed and shoved my food into my hands and said now I know for the future?? I maybe would’ve understood this attitude if it were busy but I was literally the only person in the drive thru and there was 1 car in one of the stalls. I really don’t understand the big deal about using coupons back to back

Who TF are the Sanderson sisters and what do they have to do with Sonic?

Whether it has to do with funny ice cream combinations or whatever, tell me your stories!

How crazy am I? I have a taste for banana pudding ice cream but also want reeses. If I had infinite funds, this seems like the most economical way to get both?

Is it just the same ice cream but more room temperature?

I'm getting a small one and can't decide. I will order extra candy pieces in whichever one I get. Helfen bitte.

It drives me crazy as I like to use the point rewards on the blasts and/or shakes. But I can't get the banana pudding flavor this way, I can only choose from the basic flavors. I hope this glitch is fixed with whatever next limited time flavor is out.

Speaking of which, anyone know what the next limited time flavor will be?

Those are the only two classic shake flavors I haven't tried yet. Which one should I get and why?

Is the hot fudge shake much different than the chocolate shake?

I feel pure rage. I was craving the beloved jr chili cheese Frito wrap, so I went to my local sonic with optimistic hunger, only to be met with complete and utter despair as I was informed the wrap is no longer on the menu.
How do I move on? I don’t know.

I’m half tempted to call the corporate phone line just to tell them off.
I’m about to go full Karen mode.

Don’t fuck with my good American chili cheese Frito wraps.

I'm in the Legend tier and noticed I haven't seen 1/2 price drinks. It's not automatic and it's not showing in my offers.

Is it completely gone now and I can only get them during the store happy hour?

Edit: I guess some people still have it. All I have in mine are:

$2 Snacks from 2-5, BOGO Coneys, and 1/2 Price Cheeseburgers after 5PM on Tuesdays.

Don't see 1/2 price drinks anywhere.

okay so i start my first day tomorrow at sonic, im 16 so im going straight from school to work and i have to put my backpack somewhere, is their a locker room, staff room or something of the sorts to put it?? Im guessing it varies from store to store but yea. thank you and Jesus loves yall btw John 17:3💗

the new managers at my store have recently been clocking out our stall orders that we have taken out, resulting in them taking our tips. is this illegal, or are there any rules against it?

Hurry before the deal ends!!

Could someone tell me the ingredients in the green tea concentrate? And verify if the syrups are just the monin brand of peach and mango puree? Or something totally different? Do they have food colorings or artificial anything?

Thanks in advance!

Sonic gave me a free small shake with my Doordash order!!! Pretty cool especially with my birthday coming up!

I don't wanna sound like a karen but if I'm paying a dollar fifty extra to put bacon on my burger I'd hope it was at least a decent amount, this just feels sad

My carhop called my order a weird combination: Extra real Peach syrup and cream. Its my new favorite summer to fall drink, inspired by the Strawberry & cream Dr Pepper.
I’ve also done:
Coconut & Strawberry & cream (7/10 too sweet)
Mango & coconut (6/10 missed creamy flavor and too sweet)
Mango & cream (8/10 would order again)
Coconut & cream (8/10 would order again)
Peach & cream (9.5/10)

Does anyone have any interesting recommendations for me to try? I don’t like lime or pickle juice (freaks) in my drinks.
