I’m conducting a small anonymous survey for a documentary-style video examining how people perceive and assign value to niche online photography.

Participants will be shown one non-explicit photograph of an adult foot and asked to provide a few simple ratings.

The simple survey asks:

• How would you rate the overall appearance of the foot from 1–10?
• What would you consider a reasonable hypothetical price for a small set of similar images?

This is not a sales post. Nothing is being offered for purchase, no adult-content websites are being promoted, and participants will not be asked to contact me privately.

No names, email addresses, Reddit usernames, or other identifying information will be collected.

Participants must be 18 or older.

Responses may be summarized anonymously and in aggregate as part of the finished documentary/video project.

My name is Emily King and I am a PhD Candidate at Texas Woman’s University (TWU, Denton, TX, US). I am conducting an IRB-approved research study with my co-researcher Dr. Paul Bones (Sociology Professor at TWU) about the relationship between neurodivergence and nicotine use (smoking and/or vaping). 

Both researchers on this project are neurodivergent and nicotine users themselves. Our goal is to better understand how nicotine use may relate to neurodivergent lived experiences. We’re not here to judge or promote quitting, we are only interested in hearing about people’s authentic experiences with nicotine use. Participation is flexible and includes a survey (30 minutes) and the option to sign up for a single Zoom interview (about 45 minutes). Participants who complete the interview will receive a $10 gift card.

As part of my project, I'm exploring Trust Quest, an educational game concept designed to help students critically evaluate AI-generated answers and summaries in search engines, such as Google's AI overviews and AI mode.

We invite you to be part of a study aimed at understanding how people with PCOS evaluate PCOS-related content created by non-health professionals on social media platforms. We are a team of health sciences librarian researchers. Participation includes completing a brief survey that is expected to take about 10 minutes. Participation in this survey is anonymous and voluntary. You can withdraw participation at any time by closing out of the survey. Any incomplete surveys will not be used for research purposes.
