Can someone help me to identify if this is a true paratrooper or is garage cut job on a standard sks? Thank you in advance

Looking to see if anyone can recommend a smith thats experienced with SKS/AK's. I'm in western MO, not afraid to travel if need be. Have an SKS that needs work; it's a pre-ban virgin and I would prefer someone experienced repair it, rather than have some random hack "give it a try"...
